My boyfriend and I were in desperate need of a massage, so we booked a couples massage at Fred Parker Wellness—and we’re so glad we did! My boyfriend, who experiences a lot of body pain from sports and working out, felt a significant improvement the next day after his session with Fred. I had a lot of upper body tension and shoulder pain, and Ellen did an amazing job relieving it. The space was clean, welcoming, and relaxing, making the entire experience even better. Next time we’re in LA, we’ll definitely be booking another massage!

ALICE IS INCREDIBLE. Do your body a favor and book with her. I came in with some intense aches and tightness that have only been getting worse. Alice asked exactly where and what level of pain I had been experiencing, then beautifully worked her magic. I am about two weeks out from the massage and I am experiencing far less pain, and feel back in alignment. I cannot wait to book another appointment with her. Truly grateful!

Alice was absolutely magic. As a long time climber I went in for my 90 minute Swedish massage with hunched shoulders and tense forearms, and marveled as she seemed to give even muscles I didn't know were tense permission to melt into relaxation. She just knew how they were all connected and let it all free. I've come out a new person and absolutely intend to come back for deep tissue in the future. Thank you so much for that experience!

Saturday, January 25, 2025~ Thank you Fred Parker Wellness and Jackson for the ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ massage. It was a wonderful experience. I feel so relaxed and revived. I’m so blessed to have had my very first sound bath and share the experience of my son’s Soft Opening of @fredparkerwellness in Studio City. The room with an entire salt walI is awesome! @jaimieleefit was great ~especially with all of us first timers. The session ~ the experience~ it was amazing, relaxing and purifying! I will definitely have many more. I’m only sad that they will not be with @jaimieleefit or @fredparkerwellness since I live in Texas. I’m not just saying this because Fred is my son, gives a great massage and I am so very proud of him! I rank the @fredparkerwellness studio and @jaimieleefit with the Dodgers’ Grand Slam we saw on our trip this week!

Fred is amazing!! Seriously best massage I’ve had. I’ve had chronic muscle strains/pain that I’ve tried to relieve with stretching, chiropractors, and other massage therapists but to no avail. My friend referred me to Fred and I’m so grateful. He is so professional and knew exactly what areas to focus on without me even needing to tell him. I can already feel the pain has lessened. Wow Jackson was amazing! Talk about a soothing touch. I don’t ever find myself so relaxed where I fall asleep and drool but yes that was me. Fred Parker (owner) was the nicest and very professional. They made me feel right at home. I highly recommend! I will definitely be back!

Yesterday was my second 90 minute massage with Roger. This time with hot stones added. I have had many hot stone massages through the years and none have even begun to compare to roger's technique. He is a true master of his craft and I am already looking forward to my next session. Book him now for a hot stone massage! You won't regret it.

Absolutely the best massage we’ve had in the area. My husband and I did the couple’s massage in the Himalayan Salt Room and it was so relaxing. Our massage therapists listened to our problem areas and truly focused on them. Definitely our go-to massage place in the NoHo/Studio City area!

LIFE CHANGING! I’m a dancer so I’ve been to many massage facilities and this one is on a whole other level. Immediately walking in feeling welcomed and comfortable. From the oils they used, to the tentativeness to each muscle it was truly the best experience I’ve ever had. I felt so safe! Equal parts relaxed and feeling that each area of pain was released. The energy was calming throughout and not only will we go again but I may even get a package!

Our group of 7 enjoyed every aspect of the soundbath/ reiki session. (Sara and Melinda were fantastic). It was a first for all of us and it brought out many senses that we were not aware of. Spending a fraction of our time to decompress was much needed.

This was my first time booking a massage here and it did not disappoint. The vibe was calm, Jackson, the massage therapist was very professional and provided a great deep tissue massage. And the owner was very welcoming. Bonus points for cleanliness - that has been difficult to find lately. Highly recommend.

Ellen was hands down the best massage therapist I've ever experienced! Her technique was flawless, with the perfect amount of pressure—firm enough to release tension but gentle enough that I didn’t feel sore afterward. I actually got to relax fully, and the best part?
