Although the ladies were courteous, I left very underwhelmed and disappointed. I went by the previous Google reviews and was looking forward to a relaxing experience and left wishing I had chosen another place. The massage was mechanical and mostly elbows in my back. The combo massage was lacking and I have had better foot massages while getting pedicures. The hot stones were the highlight. Will not be returning.

Any time, I pinch a nerve or strain my back gardening etc., I come here and am transformed to a functioning human again:) If you like a firm hand, recommend Amanda who just works my back out like a dream.

After reviewing the review for Freeport Massage….I thought I would give it a try as my days are high stressed and I work out often. I was pleasantly surprised that the review were right on. The massage studio itself is not fancy, no frills. However, the massage that I received from Lily was EXCELLENT! She was able to relax my tensed up body back to reality. I appreciate massages as an added stress reliever and would highly recommend trying out this studio.

I work out. A lot. Have for decades. This year I’ve made massage and recovery a priority. Of all the places I’ve been to this one is far and away the most consistent. Lily, Amanda, and Sophia have all given me excellent massages. Professional. Hot Stone. Stretching. The only place I’ve been to where they don’t make you pay first and they don’t bug you for a tip after and for me that is what sets them apart along with the friendly ladies. Sophia is especially sweet caring and thorough the best I have found.

Lily was amazing!! I have never experienced hot rocks ever like this before and I typically do not like my lower body massaged but this was truly the best full body massage I have had in a very long time, if ever. Thank you!

The massage itself was decent. The place was not too relaxing; walls are thin. Didn't appreciate the constant walk out every time the phone rang. Credit/debit cards are accepted. They did ask for a tip. Weren't offer drinks after massage like other places(no biggie though). They did take us as walk ins. Would I go back again, maybe! $80 for a 90min body & foot massage.

This is the best massage studio I have found in Sacramento, and I go here frequently. The studio itself is no frills and not super fancy, but the massages are incredible every single time. Can’t say enough good things about this place!

Freeportassage looks unassuming from the outside, but once you get a massage treatment. My God, this place is great! I've never felt so good and so comfortable after a massage anywhere else. I've been here a few times already and have had a pleasant experience each time. They are fairly priced too, considering the massage is great for the price you pay. 4 stars because last time I was here with my fiance for a couples massage right before we flew out of the country, we booked a massage in the evening. The massage was still great; however, there were a few times where our masseuse would leave to pick up the phone or talk to another worker. I understand it's part of the job but this was constant, and I only experienced this with them during this trip. Otherwise, this place is clean, professional, and healing.

Had a 90 minute session with Ada and it was fantastic. She offered to do the back walking (ashiatsu) and while I've only tried it a few times this was one of the best. Highly recommend trying it out if you like deep pressure. I've been here a few times over the years and look forward to it every time I'm in town. Book 90 minutes as you'll regret anything shorter.

I literally just left my massage and needed to share that it was AMAZING. My masseuse was Aida and she massaged me with her feet/walking on my back and it was so so good. I am DEFINITELY coming back.

I was a little skeptical when I pulled up, but I decided to trust the good reviews. Plus, the woman who answered the phone was really sweet, and they were able to fit me in for a same day appointment. This is my 3rd massage I've had, so I'm still never really sure what to expect. The inside was nice, but nothing fancy. I was brought to the back room where they had peaceful music playing. Let me tell you, Amanda gave the best massage I think I have ever had! I instantly felt comfortable with her, and her energy was very relaxing. I had been having horrible upper back pain for a few days, and she got all the knots worked right out! The hot stones felt amazing, and I loved the head and face massage! It is now hours later, and I feel sore. That is to be expected though. My muscles feel much less tense, and I can actually turn my head again. Worth every penny! I'll be going there any time I need a massage!

Me and my fiancé visit here weekly for our 1 hour full body massage. They pay attention to what hurts and do a very good full body massage. We will continue our weekly massages… we don’t go anywhere else.

Ada is perfect, has strong hands. If u want back walking u need to book an appointment and let them know about it. Professional service with a good communication. Reasonable price. Private room. Cons. Restroom smells sometimes. Rest all good. Must try once. One of the best spa in Sacramento.

Lily was excellent! I asked for deep tissue and she did a great job without hurting me! The room was clean and pretty. I definitely be back. I am adding to this review because I read some of the reviews when I left I am shocked to hear that they have asked for tips. I guess they didn't have a chance because I had such a great experience I handed it to her right when I walked out of the room and got to the front desk. I was greeted with a cold water, passed to me (contactless) and also offered some candy or mints. I'm in the service industry and you should never ask for a tip. Also she did want cash from me initially which after reading the reviews I'm kind of surprised that someone posted that they do take credit cards...???? Still, my massage was amazing and I will be going back. Also I called 10 minutes before I got there and they had room for me which was awesome because I was in desperate need and I got a 90 minute😀😀

Lily was outstanding for deep tissue work. This place is highly recommended. Ignore any bad review. Show up as a courteous, sensible customer and you will get great service and an exceptional massage.

Really great massage, it was a very clean and relaxing environment, I was feeling very zen. It was all ruined when we were rudely asked for a tip by the 2 ladies who massaged us before we left. They apologized when we told them we left the tip in the room but that didn’t make it any better, I find it very inappropriate the way they demanded a tip, kind of ruined the experience.
