I went there for an IV when I was feeling ill. It made me feel better within hours. It is a great atmosphere, and the employee who administered it was excellent.

The sauna/cold plunge experience for 2 was absolutely invigorating; loved the physical benefits but also felt mentally refreshed and pretty empowered after 3 rounds in 45 degree water. Followed this with a lymphatic massage and Lilly was an absolute master. It wasn't always comfortable but what an incredible way to physically detox - definitely making this part of my regular wellness routine.

I love this spa. The lymphatic massage and infared sauna combo is my all time favorite. I feel so refreshed and sleep like a baby after it. I highly recommend coming here. The recently added the infared and plunge and I’m excited to try!
