Frenchy’s never fails to provide an excellent experience! All the estheticians are wonderful; Anna and Kathy are my go-to ladies. The front desk is always staffed and provides excellent customer service. The ambiance makes the whole experience very enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Anytime I go to Seattle I try and make time to go here. The ladies are so nice and take such good care of you. Bubbles and peddies. Highly recommend this place if you have never been.

I have been a loyal customer for years and forgot an appointment today before heading out of the country. As a busy mother of two who has come here for years, I would have expected a bit more grace and flexibility. Since I missed the appointment, I was charged for the full service. I would not recommend this business to others. Loyalty from long standing customers is not valued.

Left standing at the front door COMPLETELY IGNORED while a white lady had TWO WOMEN helping her at once at the front desk. They then proceeded to address and help the white man who came in behind me first. TOOOOOOOTALLY not racist.

Receptionist had attitude and was in a foul mood and gel came off day after getting. Also very over priced salon. My cuticals also were bleeding and my skin was peeling 24 hours after from one of the chemicals. Can go other places for much better price.

Frenchy's has always been my favorite treat, a real haven. I'm serious about facials and Victoria's facials are by far the best I've ever had in Seattle. Using her European secrets her message techniques have reduced my chin and visibly lifted my face. Lymphatic drainage lightens the load. A treat becomes a habit! Hooray for Victoria! Additionally she made improvements to my eyebrows!

Frenchys was so awesome about accommodating our large pre wedding group! They coordinated all of our service requests so professionally and efficiently. The atmosphere is very nice and our nails turned out great. I highly recommend!

My favorite Seattle SPA. Whenever I am in town I make it my business to visit Frenchys. I've been a customer since the 90's. BEST pedicure I've had in America. Check them out and grab a glass of Champs while you're at it.

Came in with my friend for pedicures and manicures, and had a great experience! The staff were friendly, they were prompt and on time, both services were absolutely fantastic with amazing massages, and our nails were done beautifully. All single-use or sanitized equipment (no reused nail files!), and none of our cuticles were left with any cuts or bleeding. Loved the experience and will definitely come back. :)

I have just booked side by side pedicures for my upcoming visit to Seattle. I used to be a Frenchy’s regular when I lived there. While they’ve always had great providers (serious love for Aida, Larissa, and Kathy who provide the world’s finest pedicures), the front desk has been a mixed bag. I’m writing this advance review because Yari (sp?) is fantastic. She called me right back to confirm my appointments, was as friendly as a golden retriever and as buttoned down as a Rolex watch. Wow, when was the last time you actually received customer service? I just had to give her a shout out because she rocks!

If you're looking for a relaxing, high end day spa experience, you will find it here. I came with a bachelorette party, and we had a lovely time. The staff were pleasant and attentive. Our drink glasses were kept topped off. We liked the layout of the space that let us still feel like we were together, even though we were getting separate services. If you're looking for a manicure that will look good for a long time, this is not the place to go. I got a regular manicure (because my esthetician couldn't do the bee design I wanted) on Saturday, and by the end of Sunday, my nails looked like the pictures.

Went here for my daughter's wedding. 6 of us getting manicures and pedicures. Yari and the team were wonderful. So attentive. I brought in mimosa makings and fruit and they graciously served everything for us. Kept our champagne coming and were so great! I highly recommend them for such a special occasion. Such a fun morning the day before the wedding!

I used to go here regularly a few years ago. I had to find a new place because every time I went they would cut me. I decided to try it again after a few years hoping the girls would've gotten better and the quality would've gotten better. It hasn't! Thry couldnt be bothered to greet when I walked through the door. They finally did after I had been standing there a while. They didn't bother to clean under my nails. They had to redo several nails because the color wasnt coming out. When they took the shellac off my nails they didn't do it properly and damaged them! My appointment took an extra 45 mins just to fix the mistakes. It was very pricey compared to the other places I have gone. I wouldn't recommend it even if your regular place isn't available. Dont go here.

Such a great experience each time I go. Kassaundra is a master at lashes and facials! Lily and Melissa at the front desk are so welcoming. I highly recommend Frenchy's to treat yourself for a day of pampering! Their mani's and pedi's are quite wonderful, as well.
