Jen is the most AMAZING colorist and the best who has ever worked on my hair! She is a true professional with an incredible eye for detail and a deep understanding of color. Every time I leave her chair, my hair looks vibrant, healthy, and beautifully styled. Not only is she skilled, but she’s also warm, attentive, and genuinely cares about making her clients look and feel their best. I can’t imagine trusting anyone else with my hair!

Clean, updated, wonderful stylists. This is not my Mama's old school salon, but one where they are creative and ready to explore what style you want. I recommend Tia for cuts, Carsen for color.

Every time I go to this place I am amazed with the attention to detail and service quality of the professionals there! Jess is ABSOLUTELY amazing, she is so kind, attentive and extremely high skilled, both for haircuts and hair coloring. I had the pleasure to have a haircut with Micah and WOW! I am so happy with it! Everyone at the salon is very professional, on time, and the best of all: they REALLY listen to you and to what YOU want! To be fair, the one time I “didn’t get what I wanted” was because I did not really explained it well, and yet they cared to contact me and offer a redo (which, of course, was not needed). I highly recommend a fresh salon and all the professionals there, this is THE place to go!

I probably sound a bit repetitive however Jose and Kristen are the best! They are consistently the kindest people I know and always listen to my needs and know exactly what to do with my hair. Everyone there is probably just as wonderful, but I am a bit partial with kristen and Jose, and it’s the best Salon ever.

I recently had a color emergency while passing through Charlotte and luckily this Salon was able to take care of my needs. I received a quick but thorough service from a very experienced colorist and was very happy with the results. Next time I travel through the Charlotte area I will definitely be stopping back at the salon.

I've been a loyal client since 2017, and I don't plan on trying anywhere else! I absolutely love the haircuts that Kristen gives me, and I adore the color that Tana chooses for me! The entire staff is so nice and cheerful, and they really make it an enjoyable experience visiting their location!

It was my first time at this salon and LOVED it. I've been bouncing back and forth between salons, struggling to find a balance of experienced people at a fair price. Jazmin did my full highlights. I really appreciated her suggestions on what color would look good on me. She listened to what I was looking for and made recommendations based on that. The color turned out perfect. Best of all, the prices at this salon are very reasonable, unlike others where I've been going to in the past. Makayla did a great job with my haircut. I am thrilled to have found a great salon.

Made my initial appointment here because it was close to home. First cut was done by Cris, who cut my waist length hair to shoulder length in exactly the style that I asked for. Fantastic cut. Came back several months later to go from below shoulder length to a short, chin length cut. Again, Cris did an amazing job. Both times I received lots of compliments and I recommend her to friends often.

Really nice people! They took me in for a last minute wash and blow dry because I had to travel on short notice. They were running a bit behind, so the stylist that was supposed to do the whole service shampooed my hair and another stylist did the blowout. For me, their kindness towards me and towards one another really elevated an already high-quality service/experience!

I came in about 3 weeks ago for a shadow root/balayage, showed the girl photos of what I wanted, we discussed it, she acted like she knew what I was talking about..and then literally just put highlights in my hair with the wrong color. The blonde highlights do not match the ends of my hair. I filled out the survey they sent the next day letting them know how unhappy I was and I never heard from anyone. I was going to just let it go and not come back but as I sit here 3 weeks out STILL struggling to find another salon to correct what the girl did, and during holiday time being unable to get another appointment, it just makes me more angry no one reached out to correct this. I expected much better from this salon, although to be fair I used a "new talent" which I never had before, and the highlights look ok- it's just not what I wanted, not what we discussed/agreed on, the wrong color, and no one cared enough to reach out. Bad business practice for such a nice salon. Just beware you get a stylist that actually knows what they're doing and don't expect it to be corrected if not

I got my hair colored and cut by Carsen, she's an assistant with a lot of potential. She was very nice the whole time and I'm very happy with the outcome, would 100 percent recommend her.

I had a haircut last month. Paid $79 including tip and the cut was awful 😖. They are NOT suited to cut men's hair. I do NOT recommend them.

It was my first time at this salon and I loved the way my hair turned out. I had Carsen for color and Makayla for the cut. They were both super nice and cool. I have naturally brown hair and wanted to go a little more red. She brought out swatches to see which colors looked better which was an huge help. The cut was exactly how I wanted it and even better than I thought it would turn out and she styled it really well. My hair turned out amazing and looks pretty natural still. It was also less expensive than I thought it would be. I’ve paid double at a different salon in the area before, and I like how my hair turned out way more at this place.

Sarah was great, she knows how to handle shorter hair, even on women, and does an amazing job explaining things if you're not sure about something. I will definitely be coming back!!
