Let me tell you about the day my life changed. In other words, let me tell you about working with Leah, owner of Fresh Slate. I have struggled with my weight for many years. Knowing this, a friend and owner is Salon Mystique, encouraged me to contact Leah to see if she could help. The answer was yes. Yes, she could help and DID help. But not just with weight. She has helped me navigate menopause, depression, and other crap that comes with aging. My health has never been better. Am I perfect? No. But Leah is. Am I excited to let the world know about my issues? Nope. But if it can help even one person get better, then it is worth it!
