I have had nothing but positive experiences at each of my services at Fresh Start Aesthetics Med Spa. The ladies who work at and run Fresh Start are both knowledgeable and professional- they are also so personable and kind. I have purchased two memberships at Fresh Start, and it goes without saying that I have been beyond pleased with the results I have seen thus far.

Such a great positive experience. Mari and her staff have a caring follow through that makes you feel confidently well taken care of...and with wonderful results. Erin always has the latest in products and techniques and knows exactly what my type of skin needs. I continue to look forward to and appreciate their personal touch.

I have been coming to Savannah at the scottsdale location for several years. I've gotten Microderm ablation, photo facial, custom facial, chemical peel, teeth whitening, laser, hair removal, etc. everything has been done to perfection and she is very professional. Love her!

Yesterday was my first time going to Fresh Start Aesthetics. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Mari and her assistant during my Botox and Accutite Filler treatment. From start to finish, they were down to earth, professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Mari took her time to explain her years of experience and everything that she was going to do thoroughly while addressing all my questions and concerns. So far the results are looking fantastic, and I can't wait to see the end results. They're looking pretty natural so far. The entire team was warm, caring, and made me seem like they new me for years. I highly recommend Fresh Start Aesthetics and Dr. Mari with all her staff to anyone looking for top-quality care and results!

Had a wonderful experience at this Spa.was treated today by Bella and helped by Britney. Both were very professional and friendly. Great care was taken with the injections and I will definitely return.

Staff is very friendly and the spa has a clean, inviting feel. Received some botox and lip filler for the first time ever and I love my new lips! Don’t see the results yet from the Botox but it’s only been a few days. Highly recommend!

I had the best experience at the Scottsdale location! I was kinda nervous about the whole microneedling process but my aesthetician was so friendly and answered my questions. I’ll definitely be returning soon.

I love this place!! The atmosphere is so relaxing and inviting, there’s a wide array of services customizable to your aesthetic goals and needs, with good pricing options. Savannah does my hydrafacial with dermaplaning and kills it everyyyy time! My skin feels so freaking nice afterwards it’s literally magic. I love going to her!! She’s the best <3
