After 6:00 or 7:00 therapists, and then just kind of rubbing around on my back and neck on my skin not really going anywhere and talking about what they wanted to do in life, and I'm paying the money for them to massage my sore back I gave up for about 6 months. I highly recommend this place the therapist Anna was awesome she became like one with my body LOL and pushed and pulled and hit places that I didn't even think were sore and tight. I highly recommend this massage therapist location, the people are very respectful humble and hardworking, you'll get your money's worth and more.

Initially went to Kimberly for lower back/hip pain that was affecting the nerves in both legs. After the first session my nerve pain in the legs was gone and the lower back/hip pain and tightness was greatly alleviated. Kimberly focused on the problem area and provided relief. I am actually able to stretch and feel the improvements in flexibility again which has helped alleviate the constant muscle tightness greatly. Should have done this months ago!

That’s a fellow massage therapist, going to Kim was one of the best decisions I have made for my own self care. Shoulder has been giving me issues now for several years due to a car accident and gets overused quite a bit. Since coming back to Fresno I haven’t really had many people work on me due to my own high standards for the level of care that I receive. Outside of my coworker, Kim is the only one I trust to do work on my back and shoulders, due to the issues that I deal with. That said after her work on my shoulder today I feel much better, and was even able to get through my boxing job with little issue. All-around great experience, great environment, and great levels of care. Grateful to be in the same industry as this young lady, as it gives me hope for what can be done in our field.

I went to Kimberly about 8 times 3 of those times she would finish 3 to 5 mins earlier than the hr. She is very nice and sweet but unfortunately not completing the hr is not the only problem. I got the $300 package but I told her that I only wanted it that time so no membership, she agreed. After my sessions were done a week later I got charged $300! I asked her why!? When I was really specific that I didn't want the membership she told me she was going to return me the money and lied to me about the transaction fee so she made me paid for her mistake of not canceling the payment for the membership I didn't want. And only return to me about $292 she said she was going to pay me back the rest and never did. And it's been 3 weeks. Also be careful because even if you chose not to save your card, her app will save it anyways. So if you decide to go, pay with cash because she will not cancel the payments and will continue charging you.

I’ve been to a lot of massage parlors and most of them are just generic back massages but this was very personal and I felt that she actually cared and targeted my pain. She gave me stretches for the future. I feel better even hours after so definitely a five star and I would definitely return!

Simply wonderful. She is not only an extremely talented massage therapist, but also an undeniably kind person. I had an overall beyond pleasant experience and my back feels amazing!! Kimberly did a great job of communicating with me about setting up a time for a deep tissue massage and working around my schedule. Kimberly is very knowledgeable and great at her profession. Noisy location, in a small room within a gym. Hard to relax with music, loud music and work-out sounds just outside. If you like a very light massage, maybe this is the place for you, but ultimately the light strokes did very little for my sore muscles. $85 is a lot of money just to have oil rubbed on your back with a few scented candles burning.

Amazing!! Kimberly responded instantly and I sent a request at the crack of dawn! She was able to get me in same day. Very professional, greeted me at the door when I got there. I was a little nervous, this was my first time, but she instantly made me feel comfortable, I left feeling like a new person! I already set up my next appointment.

Awesome massage! I workout and haven't had a massage in years, so I definitely had some knots. I asked Kimberly for a deep tissue massage and oh...I feel like a new man! I feel like this is one of those things that you didn't know you needed until you tried it. I would definitely recommend trying her deep tissue if you're sore or tight anywhere.

Just what I needed. The right amount of relaxation and therapy. Had a quick onset of lower back pain this morning and in the search of finding someone on a whim, Kim was the only person to be responsive and have good communication about availability. The room is the smallest massage room I've ever been in but that didn't hinder getting a quality massage.
