I made a same-day appointment because I had a terrible migraine that wasn't responding to my normal medication, and I am SO glad that I did! I feel so, so much better after my appointment with Lili. I requested head, neck, and shoulders only to really target the migraine, and Lili was amazing. She used exactly the right amount of deep pressure to relieve the pain and work out the tension and knots. When I have difficult migraines that don't respond to medicine, I find that massage and acupuncture really help, and I am so glad that I was able to get an appointment here.

This place is wonderful! Very nice and profesional staff - I now have had massages from two different ladies at this place and I both had excellent technique. With a little prompting I was able to get the exact amount of pressure needed to workout my mussel kinks. The place is supper clean and well appointed! I’m going back for sure!

I bought a couples massage for me and my husband and it was fantastic! The use of the hot stones was a great addition to an already wonderful massage. Wendy and Luna were very professional and polite. We will definitely be returning!

The massage was good the first time. The second time it was also good but the lady said I needed to tip and extra 20.00. I had already tipped 20.00 per massage to each masseuse. Stupidly I paid her. That is extortion. And I'm going to ask for my money back. Also we asked for a deep tissue. It was not at all. So. Wouldn't recommend. Kind of a gamble going here.

I stopped by today without an appointment. I got lucky. Luna was available. I booked for 60 minutes. I should have got 90 minutes. It was that good. Very thorough massage. Good intuition on the pressure. I recommend. This location has had some issues in the past but the new owner seems to be turning things around. I’ll be back to get 90 minutes next time.

We came in to use a coupon. I was wary of the staff repeating the instances detailed in the past reviews but decided to give them a chance under the “new ownership”. Sadly, I will not be returning. The experience was very disappointing.I got a full body massage and my friend a combo massage in a shared room. The calm music stopped half way and the massage therapist left the room twice to fix it, leaving me unattended briefly. The AC was on full blast, made us shiver! She did ask for my preference in pressure but Most of my massage was just rubbing oil on my body. She even took her calls in the room while massaging me and also disturbing my friend. The whole experience felt so unprofessional. She overdid my right hand while on the phone and it has been hurting since. She did give me couple minutes extra of foot massage to make up for it but sadly, it was all just strokes and no massage.

Definitely better than what you typically get for a $60 massage. I first came here about a year ago when Rena moved from another location. She gives a great massage and does cupping as well. I just got a massage today from Emma for the first time. I came in with a pretty bad kink in my neck from playing in a kickball tournament this weekend. I just wanted 30 minutes and to concentrate on my neck and left shoulder. Rena recommended Emma do it because she is a little better for deep tissue and hard pressure to work out knots. Emma worked on my neck, while Rena focused on my back and shoulder blades then finished with some cupping. These two definitely aren't the typical light massage you would expect for $60. I grew up playing sports and working with physical therapists. Their massage is legit.

Horrible service. Called to make an appointment, and when I got here, I was just told I was wrong. I showed them the phone, and still no response. I was very disappointed as I drove 20 minutes to get here. I will never come back or recommend this place. If you are planning to go, make sure you confirm they are very disorganized

This is my first visit there, had a 90 minute massage. It was satisfactory. I tip accordingly. They had three different options on their suggestion tip sheet. $20 $15 $10 I tipped 15 because it was just average. I was told because it is a 90 minute massage. I’m supposed to tip 20. According to the sheet.,$20 a for excellent massage. Well, I didn’t think it was excellent. so the suggestion sheet really isn’t a suggestion . Just be aware if you decide to go there.

Excellent massage. Very clean, professional and friendly staff. I have serious back pain and the therapists here do wonderful deep tissue massage coupled with hot stones. Ella is absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend this spa.

I thoroughly enjoyed my massage with Peter. I have fibromyalgia and he was incredible at addressing the chronic pain. My only feedback to the owners would be around the lack of professionalism with the transaction process. I was required to purchase my massage first, which I have no problem with but of course that entails tipping without even knowing the level of service I am going to receive. When I handed the receipt back to the receptionist, she frowned and told me for the service I paid for, I needed to tip $20 (I had tipped $15 and had planned to tip more in cash after the session if I enjoyed the service, which I did because Peter was amazing). There was a language barrier and she showed me a document noting $20 is required as a tip for the service I chose. I simply responded that I found it odd that as a customer I was told what I needed to tip, and she repeated herself that it would be a $20 tip. If that’s the case, I feel it’s more appropriate to increase the price of the massage. I always tip appropriately for services but felt very uncomfortable by how I was treated based on what I tipped, again, before my appointment. I did enjoy the massage but based on other reviews who also complained about the tipping expectation thought that I would chime in since I had a similar experience.

I went on Friday for a hard level massage. COCO she knew my stress points, and after I felt very good, my back muscle didn’t hurt anymore. I will give her 5 stars , I recommend this place, specially COCO.

Left very disappointed with the quality of their massage. Honestly for less time than paid for, lady was rubbing oil into my skin. I have never had such a soft and not effective massage experience. I felt how she wasn’t trying to give me a massage but rather be done with that as easy as possible. I didn’t feel any relaxation in my body and just as I came with the tight back I left exactly the same way.

Made an appointment, showed up on time. Waited a couple of minutes for someone to come to the front. She spoke no English, which I don't care about, except that she couldn't read the credit card machine prompts so she cancelled my transaction 3 times while it was waiting for the transmission to be approved. Then she said, "no, sorry" and showed to the door. That's a first. I feel like she wanted me out of there so badly that wlshe wouldn't wait for the transaction to go through... Here's hoping the charges don't suddenly show up on my card later...

Very bad massage and at the end they asked for a tip very insistently, I will not tip for a bad massage, and even less when asked for it like it's expected. Never again.

We got the couples massage on a Thursday night. His review: Hot rocks were nice. Neck and head felt great. (He's bald and got a scalp massage thrown in!) Her review: Thoroughly enjoyed the massage. Plan to go back and maybe try some different ones.
