Me and my friend went in on a Friday at around 11:30 AM they were not busy whatsoever. We got a very very short square acrylic set with white French tip and they charged us $70 for just that. We think they overcharged us from them not being busy all day and since they were closing early this day. Very very overpriced.

Didn’t get my nails finished, the lady who did my nails kept cutting into my skin, so I didn’t even feel comfortable with her finishing. The base color she did, I told her I didn’t like it and continued with finishing. I asked for clear and she said she couldn’t do it, other places do it but I still paid what needed to be paid, but I’m not a happy customer, and will not be returning. I appreciate the work that they did do.

First time coming to this place with my disabled clients for them to try it out and worse place to come to. My wheelchair client wanted to get her nails done and they said they where unable to do them due to the fact her hands where crooked !!! Then continued to ask if they could do her eyebrows and they stated her chair would not fit through the door. That unfortunately they couldn’t do business with her. Worse experience ever!!! AGAIN MY CLIENTS ARE DISABLED AND WANTED TO GET SOMETHING NICE FOR THEM SINCE IT WAS CLOSE BY. NEVER AGAIN! AND ON TOP OF THAT THEY WERE MAKING FUN OF MY CLIENTS SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!! AS THEY KEPT LAUGHING AND LOOKING AT THEM ! They really don’t know what damaged they cause to my client I hope everyone reads this and knows how horrible of customer service to the disabled this place is !!!! They also are so unsanitary having ppl walk barefoot to the manicure station after a pedicure or vice versa. Never will I come again here wrong decision we made on stoping here just because it said “Friendly” it was not friendly at ALL!!!

You rarely get you what ask for when it comes to a new set and the least they have charged me for a short clear acrylic set (no gel polish no color at all) is $55

Came here s couple years ago. Salon needs new flooring and chairs but overall worth the visit. Don't live anywhere near it and found it while driving around delivering pizzas. Now I'm dairy free. Wohoo!

Gorgous 💅 Gel nails I was going to get some tips for my toes to cover some imperfections however the nail Tect made my toes and fingernails look so beautiful I didn't need any tips . I'm always pleased with their service.

First off, this place is so unsanitary. They use the same nail file for everyone, so it is dull and dirty with everyone else’s nail shavings on it. Being that the name of their business is literally “ friendly” you would expect them to be just that. However that is not the case. They are rude and the environment is very dirty. Also, I was charged $16.99 for just an acrylic soak off. I am convinced they charged me more because they were very dead when I came in. Don’t waste your time

He charged me 30$ for a basic pedicure, im not sure if it it went higher or not but unbelievable price should of just gotten a gel pedicure at that point🙄

Hi! I just went today. They were so friendly and all nice, but they charge me 70 DOLLARS for a pedicure and a manicure. I think this is sooo over price. Let’s see how much they last 🤞🏻

Pedicure was standard, nothing fancy .. had to walk barefoot to the manicure station! Yuk! No little pedicure flip flops?? Asked for gel nails, on my natural nails, reminded 2x - no fake nails- she tried to put them on anyway. At this point I should have left, but .. The 'gel' polish lasted 2 days before it started cracking and peeling. So many better options in the area. I, for one, will not be back.

They charged my daughter 40 dollars for gel pedicure. Never have I had to pay that price for a pedicure. Maybe that price for a manicure and pedicure but never just for a Pedi. This place is extremely pricey and looks dirty inside. I would not suggest going here at all..

They didn't put lotion on my feet and they didn't have paint them right 11/18/22 I used to love this place, 5 stars. I went today and the girls didn't talk to us, but they were talking in there language to each other. The girl that was doing mine did not file my nails down, get ingrown nails or file the bottom of my feet the way they use to. I was very unhappy and for $28.00 for basic pedicure I expected better. It was more like a $12.00 pedicure and then my polish started falling off. 👎

I’m very happy with my experience at Friendly Nails salon. Karen is the person who does my nails and she’s great. So gentle and ‘friendly’, and observant. She noticed right away that my natural nails turn up and that’s causes problems with the acrylic nails staying on. Which I must say I needed to point out in other salons I’ve been to. It’s a bit expensive, but I’m very pleased with the service.

Very pleased with them had bad problems with last nail place I'd been going to for ever. They just stopped caring I guess. It is a bit pricy. So can't go as often, think I found a new place.
