I go to Friends Day Spa about once a month. I always make a one-hour appointment with Angela, who gives an amazing, firm, deep-tissue massage. She's thorough and paces the massage out perfectly to work your body equally on both sides. She's a seriously good masseuse, and you will feel great when you walk out of there.

Used to be amazing but last three times I went were really bad and painful. The girl tore out my piercing. Had me bleeding everywhere and didn't say anything! So when I was done blood was all over me and my very expensive body jewelry was missing!
