I have traveled all over the country for Cryo. As a swimmer and as a strength athlete. I can genuinely say these guys are the best in the buissness. Both Kate and Courtney truly CARE about the health and wellness over EVERYONE who rolls through. For them it’s about helping people. Plain and simple. If you are in the Greenville, SC area check these guys out. They are truly the best 🫶🏼

Super friendly staff that makes you feel welcome and knowledgeable about all of the services! I left feeling great after the 1st session. After months of continued care at Frigid, I have not felt better. Cryo Facials have helped me with finding relief when having consistent migraines multiple times a month and being able to get Custom Facials that are specific to me and my skin are incredible! Courtney, Nicole & the rest of the Cryo girls are so awesome and sweet! Yoshi is an incredible esthetician & you will not regret getting a facial or spa service from her! Awesome service all the way around because you feel like family when you are a member here!

Great experience at Frigid CryoTherapy, awesome staff!! Nicole was very helpful and explained everything well. After cryofacial my skin felt so soft and refreshed. I will definitely be back!! Wish you guys would open one in Anderson.

I get the whole body cryotherapy done and let me tell you... its been life changing. I have 3 herniated discs and arthritis. Also, the staff is absolutely amazing and very informative. Highly recommend ❤️

I love the full body chill! The staff are so sweet and informative on the services and we always have fun conversations during the chill. Highly recommend to anyone needing a relaxing break and muscle pain relief from sports and the gym!

Over moon with my results from cyro t shock I’ve done 3 sessions so far and love the results! I’ve heard great things about the other services and i can’t wait to try those out as well! Kenzie has been doing my t shock therapy and she is an absolute doll! 🫶🏼

So glad to find this therapy for my aging achy body. I'm now able to get out of bed pain free! The staff here are the best. Compassionate, knowledgeable and will put you at ease with whatever therapy options you decide on.

Full body Cryotherapy has made a big difference in my physical and mental health. I have alot of joint aches and pains from going to the gym and only 8 months has past rotator/labrum surgery. Since cryotherapy, many of my aches are gone, I am sleeping better, and I have more energy!

I can't say enough great things about this place. I have had terrible back and shoulder issues for years and this has been the only thing that has knocked the pain out totally. I highly recommend coming here....very knowledgeable , awesome and friendly staff as well!

I did a lot of research on Cryotherapy before deciding to give it a try. First let me say, it’s been life changing for me. My joints feel so much better. My skin looks amazing. I’m sleeping so much better. My mood is better and the best thing of all has been my hot flashes have gotten significantly less. All of my friends and family have made comments about my skin looking so good and glowing and the only thing I’m doing differently is Cryo whole body and facials. I highly recommend the service and the staff are all amazing as well. Give it a try, you will be glad you did.

First time. Whole body cryo is something I've been procrastinating about for quite awhile. Felt great afterwards. Slight shiver during it, but not overwhelming. Cameron (I think) was nice to chat with during it. Did a good job of explaining everything.

I felt cold afterwards, for about an hour, but it works! *I hate cold!) But I left there and went to work a 6 hour shift on my feet, and I feel fine afterwards -typically, my feet are numb and my calves ache. My first visit, so I'll be back! And I think I'll see residual results!

I love love love Frigid! Also, I recently had a phenomenal spa facial with Alicia! She went above and beyond to make the experience serene, educational, and my skin felt so good afterwards. I really appreciated her asking and answering questions about my skin routine and offering advice. I cannot wait to go back to her and I highly recommend her for your next spa facial!

Okay, if you need Cryo care, then this is the place to go. The facility is super clean and the staff is very friendly. They won't try to sell you therapy you don't need.
