I want to clarify my experience at this salon. I did reach out to the owner, and while she seemed upset about my review, it's important to remember that feedback is part of the business. It’s clear from the frequency of my visits that I was a regular customer. While I acknowledge that every experience is subjective, I cannot recommend this salon. I stand by my original assessment that it has a nice atmosphere, but the pricing and service were unacceptable. My main reason for visiting was to support my hair stylist who had moved there, but the costs were outrageous. Each visit set me back about $480, with $250 for touch-ups. I was charged $65 for a "treatment" that consisted of merely one small pump of K-18 added to my hair after the service. To add to my confusion, I was billed $35 just to style my hair—what am I expected to leave with, wet hair after highlights? It felt excessive, and I suspect it was a push for commission rather than genuine care. The final straw was when my hairstylist made me wait 25 minutes while she attended to another client, only to inform me that she hadn't booked my appointment. The front desk didn't allow her to schedule me, despite my consistent attendance. I have plenty more to say, perhaps even some screenshots to share, but ultimately, I wanted to love this place. My intent was to support a local business, but the poor customer service I encountered has led me to decide that I'd rather return to my previous salon and find a new stylist. For the price I was paying, I could have gone back to my old salon and received a full highlight treatment, hair extensions, and the products to take home.

Was a great haircut, the hair wash and message was a disappointment didn't follow through as advertised, a little finger rub was all I received my hair wash and shampoo was not scrubbed on . Big disappointment. Was looking forward to it. But on the other hand hair cut I loved. Thanks Sevanah.

eye roll. Spare the oretension. Guy tried to overcharge me for a minimal service i get done for $40-$80 in NY or LA. His reasoning” i am from NY” Get over yourself dude this is Fresno and even LA and NY adjust prices for something so small. You cant charge a full service when ita not a full service! . Parochial. Yawn .

I have not been to a salon since Covid, and I’m so glad this was my first experience back. My appointment was with Talar, and she is amazing!!!! She listened to me and did the cut and color perfect! I absolutely adore it!!!! She ended up taking so much time with me, I was so appreciative of everything she did! She even straightened it for me after, it looked, and still looks, so great!!!! I still love it! All the staff at Fringe are so sweet and welcoming, I felt so comfortable:) I will be booking with Talar again!

I came here a couple of weeks ago to get my hair bleached with full highlights, I understand with my hair that I did have previous box dye but I also had regrowth which would have taken bleach fine, after processing and finally being done my hair was blond but also brassy asked for a bleach bath after and was told my hair would be fine to do that however after she said I wouldn’t be able to, I feel she was rushing me and was just wanting to help her other customer! After sitting for 5 hours my hair was not where I wanted it and I was left with wet hair and brassy color. Sadly the stylist who saw me also double booked and saw another client while still seeing me, which in my opinion is something you don’t do especially since my hair was going to take awhile. Very disappointed and will not be coming back.

Candice has been doing my hair for a couple years now and always does such an amazing job! Always leave feeling amazing. Great atmosphere and always is clean in there, too! Highly recommend Fringe, and Candice especially for being the best hairstylist! ❤️

After moving to Fresno I needed to find a closer hair stylist and I’m very glad I found Candice to do my hair! She makes me feel very comfortable in the chair and walks me through the process of the appointment before we even start so there’s no surprises 🙏 love her work on highlights I always get complimented

Fringe is a spacious salon with talented hairdressers/stylists and a great selection of products. Candice is my go-to gal and I've been seeing her for over 5 years! She is professional, experienced, well-rounded in her expertise, and always happy to do what she can to get me in when I need her! Definitely recommend Fringe, and Candice, to any and all looking for a new "home" for all their hair needs.

Fringe is very nice salon with very nice workers! I go and see Candice and she always does an amazing job every time I come in to see her. She's very friendly and professional. She takes what you want into consideration and goes above and beyond. I always get compliments on my hair. I recommend her to anyone looking for a hair stylist. Thank you Candice for everything!

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences here my regular stylist is Jeanette and she is a master with short cuts! I always leave feeling confident and get so many compliments! Bri up front always remembers me and is so sweet. I have seen other stylists for color services and they have always been lovely as well. Not to mention the owner is super cool. Love this place you should come here!

I was nervous about going to a new salon. However, I received excellent services and felt welcomed from the moment I walked in. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the salon has a great atmosphere. I would highly recommend Fringe Salon to anyone looking for a top-notch salon experience.

I’ve been going to Candice Bradford for almost a year now and i’ve had nothing but an amazing experience! She always does a deep dive into my inspiration pictures to find out what I really want in my hair and is always very patient if I were to change my mind! Love Candice and I’ll continue going to her!

Booked an appointment. Showed up early. Excited for my new haircut only to be rejected by the stylist. Apparently she "only does long haired ladies." So either this place hires unqualified hairstylists or she just didn't want to do my hair. I took time off of work for this. She left me high and dry and didn’t even seem bothered. What kind of business does that? The message I received was that if I was a straight girl with long pretty hair she’d be down to help. But I’m not, so no help here! SO incredibly rude, unprofessional and DISAPPOINTING! Fringe salon YOU SUCK!

I found my stylist Shelby on Instagram and she did the best balayage I’ve ever had. She is so friendly and listened to all of my inputs on how I wanted my hair done. Every time I have an appointment she amazes me even more. If you need a new stylist then I would book with her!

Went into the salon. The girl at register and the other two employees beside her just looked at me. They didn’t greet me or ask how they could help me. A lady from the back came to the front to help me. As I sat down and waited for the next available hairstylist. The girl at the register answered the phone and was talking to a client . When she got off the phone she and the two girls were laughing and saying rude things about the client. They made rude comments to me while I was there. Extremely catty place.
