Curly girls love Fringe. Such a special place, I feel so lucky living nearby. Lee Ann is who I go to now, she's wonderful, but everyone there is. Well-priced for how excellent the space and stylists are. Only place I trust to do a dry cut on me, not that many other salons even know what that is.

I came here for a curl cut. I did find it a little confusing to get into the building and find the salon, but the salon was lovely inside with a beautiful view of the skyline. Also there were 2 adorable cats walking around. The haircut with Avery was great, she really took her time with her hair and listened to what I wanted. She also taught me some good curly hair techniques like using a hair pick. My haircut turned out really nice and my curls look great. You do have to tip in cash or via venmo so be prepared for that.

Having wavy hair, I was unsure if a curly cut would be right for me, but in the past, I often would leave the hair salon disappointed because the haircuts I would get never seemed to suit my natural hair texture. After getting a curly cut with Tarah, I am changed! I am so happy with how my wavy hair texture has been given new life with this cut and can't recommend this place enough.

After over three decades of unruly hair, I've finally been able to feel like my hair is working for me thanks to the expertise at Fringe. It really is a game changer working with people that really KNOW hair in and out. I worked with Beth who gave me a perfect cut and was able to identify a small selection of products that I've continue to use, and use to great effect. My wife has also notice how much my hair has improved in shape and texture. They have a fun and creative environment but are leagues above the rest in terms of professionalism and knowledge. Worth every cent.

Lee Ann was not only an incredible stylist but also a patient and thoughtful teacher. She put so much care into our appointment and giving me memorable, easy tips to care for my curls naturally. I loved the products she used, and I can can't help but smile when it's time to "squish to condish"! The salon is beautiful, the team was so welcoming, and the price was right. Super cute and welcoming salon in the Bok Building! It was my first curly cut and Lee Ann was amazing! She went over tips and tricks on how to style my hair and what products to use! And there’s shop cats 🐈 ❤️!!

Does this look like 120+ curly specialist cut to you? This wasn’t a junior stylist either. Unbelievable uneven and probably one of the worst cuts I’ve ever had. Don’t trust the recommendations!

Tarah gave me the perfect cut! She is the first stylist who - when asked not to take off too much - did NOT take off too much! She kept my length (not easy to do with 3C hair) and shaped up my curls. She also gave me a lot of useful tips on styling my curls. I am very happy with my curly cut. The salon is also charming and has two adorable resident cats.

Was super nervous to get bangs but wanted a change. Tara did an amazing job- I showed Tara pictures and described what I didn’t want, I’m so happy with the results! Also the salon ambiance itself is so lovely

If i could give 10 stars i would!!! the vibes as soon as you walk in the door are so welcoming and fun! i love Vidal & Sassoon (the cats!!!) and the kombucha offering is such a nice and personal touch! everyone i interacted with was unbelievably kind, the whole space is just so so welcoming! Emmery specifically took amazing care of me today, she was gentile and so kind in all the ways i needed her to be, and so real and so honest! She made me feel so comfortable even though i was anxious. I loved every second of my curly cut and the results speak for themselves!!!! I feel so beautiful in ways i never thought possible. I can’t say thank you enough!🩷🫶🏼

Been getting my curls cut here for about 5(?) years now and I can’t believe it took me this long to write a review bc I adore this salon. Absolutely my favorite place I’ve ever gotten my hair cut and the best, most fun, and most happy my curls have ever looked. Erin is an artist, a genius, and a sweetheart! She has effortlessly translated all the fun hairstyles I’ve wanted to try to the reality of my curl pattern, and is such a great source for information and tips. I’ve had a lot of different short styles done and all of them have grown out really well, which always says a lot to me. If all that wasn’t enough, there’s 2 sweet kitties 🥹 I always leave feeling fabulous, please do yourself a favor and check it out

I've been going to Fringe for about a year and a half and could not be more happy with my experiences with Tarah and the other wonderful stylists here 💛 I've always been really anxious about getting my hair cut because it didn't turn out right. Tarah is so knowledgeable, provides amazing tips, and is very gentle and patient. My hair has never looked better and I leave happy every time! I feel really comfortable in the environment these stylists have created and I'm so happy it exists.

I’ve been getting curly cuts with Erin for 3 years and it’s always a wonderful experience - a highly skilled haircut with great conversation along the way. My family loves the results enough that they keep giving me gift cards to the salon :)

Tarah did a gorgeous curly low bun for my wedding day. It was so lovely to have my curls washed and styled the morning of the wedding. The bun with face framing curls was elegant and stayed secure through the whole evening. I'm so happy I got a style with my natural curls, it made me feel like myself but elevated!!

My experience at Fringe Salon was absolutely lovely. I got a curly cut with Emmery and she was the best! She was really helpful and had good insights about my hair texture and recomennded products that would work great for my hair. She was also lovely to talk to, and very experienced! The vibe of the salon is excellent, and some lovely fuzzy friends :) 10/10 would recommend.

I had a great experience at Fringe. It's in the bok building and is very cute/unique. They have 2 cats that are very friendly and offer water and Kombucha while you wait. 10/10

After a bad experience at a different curly salon, I came into Fringe anxious despite the many people who recommended it to me. My stylist, Beth, was very patient and understanding of my bad experience and made sure to communicate a lot before doing any cutting. Throughout the cut she’d check in about length and made sure I was getting by what I wanted. It was such a good cut that it looked great even with my hair dried and unstyled. Although I’m sure the other stylists are just as amazing, I’m sticking with Beth if I can help it. She’s fantastic. The person who washed and styled my hair (I forgot their name, so sorry!) was equally amazing. They asked about my styling routine and gave a little educational crash course about curl maintenance. The salon’s vibes are also immaculate. There are cats, kombucha, and curl experts- what more could you ask for? I’m definitely a convert for life, thank you to everyone who steered me towards Fringe!

I loved my curly cut with Erin. She is very thorough and skilled in her technique. She's also so friendly! I will definitely return here for her techniques. The salon is filled with gorgeous natural lighting, and the cats are adorable. The only thing I would change: there should be a less expensive option to opt for just the curly cut/wash without any styling. I didn't like how my hair was styled and really prefer how I style my curls. I wish in the future for there to be more accessible pricing by allowing for customization of services. Just my two cents, I hope it's heard! Edit: Erin, the owner, contacted me and let me know they do offer just a dry curly cut (without wash and style) at a lesser cost for returning customers. Changing to 5 stars for the great customer service.
