This is hands down the best salon I’ve ever been to! I’m not kidding—people compliment my hair color all the time, and it always looks so natural, just the way I want it. The stylists here are incredibly talented, and this place has become my go-to for all things hair. Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming here for over 7 years for a variety of services including hair color, hair styling, make up, and nails. I have always been so happy with the results and have a smile on everytime I leave the salon. Everyone who works there is courteous and professional and I would absolutely recommend them!

My favorite hair salon in the whole New York. Master arslan is the best :) we doing hot scissors haircut twice a year and its a life saver for anyone who wants to grown length

U—Mode is the best hair salon! My stylist for today was Oksana, and she is a pro! I am very happy with my new hairstyle! It was quite a challenging task for Oksana to change the shade of my hair after I had experimented with self-coloring kits for so long, but Oksana did an excellent job in this multi-step process. Моя новая прическа, цвет и стиль - шикардос! Приходите в U- Mode, преобразитесь и вы будете выглядеть и чувствовать себя на миллион! :)

I've had the pleasure of having Yury as my personal hairdresser for over 20 years, long before she opened U-mode Salon. Now as a family man, both my wife and daughter visit U-mode for all their beauty needs. The salon offers an exceptional range of services that cater to our entire family. I had an incredible experience today! Oksana and Ira were amazing! They colored and styled my hair exactly like I wanted! They quoted a price on the phone and it was exactly what I paid at the salon. Super honest business with incredible customer service! It was my birthday today and they literally made my day! I will definitely return and recommend to others!

Someone recommended that this would be a great salon to go to for blonde hair, Apparently not! When I first made the appointment, I went to a lady (don’t want to say names) Who I thought she knew what she was doing. She completely destroyed, my balayage and colored my hair completely Blonde, Which I did not want! I wanted to give somebody else a try, and that salon thinking that it would make it better. $1500 later this place Experimented with my hair. Customer service is great. That’s the one thing that you could give them credit for. The prices are made up, gossiping at it’s best and the vibe is trash. Do not recommend!

Після переїзду до штатів знайти крутий салон з якісними послугами виявилось тим ще випробуванням. Але якось знайома порекомендувала мені піти в салон який вона сама давно відвідує. І яким же було моє здивування коли Я вперше потратила в Frizo 🥰 В цьому салоні вам нададуть не тільки якісні послуги,а ще й допоможуть вибрати доглядову косметику для волосся. Окремий вид насолоди це музика і зона очікування ❤️ Дякую Маші і Оксані за якісні послуги і красу❤️

Чудовий салон, неймовірні дівчата, дуже рада , що моя подруга порекомендувала мені його . Ходила разом з племінником , після переїзду в штати нам було важно знайти майстра , але Оксана змогла знайти підхід до хлопчика і тепер він ходить лише до неї. Для нас було дуже важливо щоб було чисто і до дитини прислухались. Тож якщо ви з дитиною, Оксана саме той майстер до якого можна звернутись сміливо і розмову підтримає 😂 і зачіску порекомендує. Я також обслуговувалась у Оксани, після двох років хаотичних стрижок моє волосся нарешті в надійних руках . І ще що було важливо для мене це зона очікування , поки я чекала на дитину змогла насолодитися приємною музикою і кавою. Дякую дівчата до нових зустрічей 🥰

Absolutely horrible service. Ruined my hair and instead of toning me blonde the color turned out bright orange.when I told Oksana the stylist she began convincing me that this is better color for me. Please beware that the result you expect may not be achieved.

I’ve been getting my haircuts with Yury for over 25 years. The salon is super welcoming, with coffee/water offered every visit. The staff is excellent and takes care of every client with lots of attention. Make it a day at Frizo by Umode!
