Shannon is absolutely awesome. She’s great conversation as well as a great stylist. Every time I’ve seen her I’ve walked away so happy. 10/10 recommend! I’ve done several different colors for my hair, as well as going from long to very short hair.

Shannon is a gem! I am so glad a friend recommended her to me for my curly hair. Shannon is experienced, knowledgeable, and down to earth. She takes the time to explain how she shapes and cuts, making sure to match the cut with your daily hair care routine. She provides great recommendations for what will work well with your particular hair - she really knows hair! Her salon is cute and comfortable. I can't recommend her enough!

Frond Salon is a hidden gem in Columbia! Shannon does such a great job with my curly hair and my hair has never been healthier. She is intentional about explaining her cut and making sure I am happy with it every time. I appreciate having such a great haircut and Shannon has been so welcoming since day one. I started going to Frond Salon because the owner/operator Shannon had moved and started her own salon. And i’m not usually the type to follow someone around, but Shannon did so good and gave me the best haircut i’ve ever had in my life. It felt so amazing to have an artist who knew how to deal with my curls but didn’t charge me nearly 300$ to get what I wanted. She does a fantastic job, I have never trusted anyone with my curls the way I do at this salon. I recommend all of my curly haired girls to give her a chance, you won’t find anyone else like Shannon for the quality and for the price!

I am so glad I found Shannon! Not only does she skillfully cut my hair and my husband's but also expertly trims his beard. Her attention to detail and ability to deliver the style we want are impeccable. What sets Shannon apart is her excellent communication skills. She listens attentively to our preferences and communicates effectively to ensure we leave satisfied every time. In addition to her hair and beard services, I recently had a tarot card session with Shannon, and it was truly eye-opening! I had no idea what to expect, but Shannon's insights were enlightening and left me looking forward to my next haircut and reading session!

I have been getting my haircut with Shannon for months and her new salon space is amazing. I really like their barbering technique and how they check in throughout the haircut to get input about length preferences and what problem areas you have with your hair. 10/10 recommend

I have been on the hunt for a high-quality hair stylist in Columbia for a long time. I am so grateful a friend connected me with Shannon. From the get-go, it was obvious Shannon was knowledgeable and well-practiced in styling hair. She has been a hair stylist across the country, from Oregon to Georgia, and her years of experience definitely pay off - I always leave so pleased with my hair! Shannon provides great recommendations and ideas when I’m not sure which cut to get but then also gives me exactly what I’m looking for when I have a specific hair style in mind. I won’t be going to anyone but her for my future haircuts!

Shannon has been my go-to barber for the past year. I struggled to find someone in Columbia who knew how to cut Asian hair or give a consistent cut. Combined with several unfortunate barber blunders over the years, I have significant anxiety any time I try someone new. Shannon sat down with me our first time to figure out what works best for my hair. She didn’t rush the process and made sure I was happy with my cut. Shannon knows what she’s doing and is consistent—no need to worry about leaving with a different haircut each time you visit. Highly recommend. My only regret is I didn’t visit her sooner!
