Made an appointment for a Saturday at 1 for my teenage daughter. I made her an appointment for a roller set with an extra fee because her hair is long . It was a $55 service . When we arrived at 12:45, we sat and waited until 1:20 … We sat and watched the stylist finish curling another lady’s hair. Once it was 1:20 she came over and started putting her hands through my daughter’s hair. She was honestly making up excuses not to to do my daughter’s hair. She was saying that I booked for a straight hair service and my daughter’s hair was natural . But on the booking site it didn’t mention anything about charging extra for natural hair. She basically was trying to get me to pay another stylist $80 to do my daughter’s hair . Saying that she didn’t have time to do my daughter’s hair . I was so upset, I told her that I was not paying an extra $25 dollars because my baby’s hair was natural, I was already paying more because her hair is long. She really didn’t care at all , being that this was a Saturday afternoon, it was impossible to find anyone to do her hair . I walked out and will never return . I have never met such an unprofessional, church going establishment. Word of advice, if you don’t have a relaxer and your hair is long , don’t come here … they will try to charge you more and brush you off so that you can leave. Stay away !!!!!!!!!!!

I love this salon and the ladies at the location are very professional. I’ve been getting my hair done at this salon almost and year and I wish I knew of the salon sooner. My hairstylist name is Kisha and she’s amazing. Kisha is treats and helps my hair grow. I highly recommend visiting this salon, wonderful women here.
