I am so happy to have a Sauna & Cold plunge open up in Lynchburg. I liked that the tubs had two different temperatures depending on your needs. Sam our host today was cheery & soothing. Frostfire is clean & tidy. I look forward to returning ☺️ 😊

Sam and Rob both are just awesome people down to their core. You can tell they truly care and go out of their way to make your experience at frostfire an amazing one. Facility is clean, inviting, and such a relaxing atmosphere.

I loved my experience at Frost Fire! I went with a group of 3 including myself and the sauna was the perfect size for us. The cold plunge was perfect as well! I will definitely be coming back! I’m looking forward to future experiences there!

My husband and I absolutely love Frostfire! It’s our new go-to spot to relax, unwind, and reset. The facilities are exceptional—clean and thoughtfully curated to create a calming atmosphere. Whether you’re using the sauna, the cold plunge, or both, you’ll leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Sam is phenomenal! She’s incredibly informative, kind, and approachable, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. Her genuine care for her clients really shines through, and she’s always happy to answer questions or provide guidance. I’ve also attended the sauna stretch and cold plunge class, and it was such a wonderful experience! It’s the perfect way to combine relaxation with movement, and I can’t wait to go back once my schedule allows. Frostfire is a gem, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! If you’re looking for a place to recharge, this is it. Give it a try!

Big fan! The owners are first class. A friend & I booked the hour session & did three rounds of the sauna & cold plunge. We easily could have gone longer than just the hour session. The facilities were clean, easy to use, and friendly. The staff are available for your questions & to guide you through the process if you are new to a cold plunge (like me)! I’ll be back, it was a restful break from the day-to-day. This space provided a beautiful rest & recharge.

I love Frostfire sauna and cold plunge for all my health and wellness needs. It’s a one stop shop for cold and heat therapy and you leave feeling far better than when you came. It’s incredibly clean, the staff are super knowledgeable and friendly, and the environment is top notch. I will definitely be continuing to come here for all my sauna and cold plunge needs!

I loved this experience! The sauna was cozy and fit our group. The cold plunge tubs had two temperature options so you could decide just how cold you wanted to go. I loved the vibe with natural light and plants. We ended with some tea hanging out in the lobby. I left feeling so relaxed. I'll definitely be back!

I’ve visited Frostfire twice, and I can’t wait to return. I wasn’t sure if I could sit in a cold plunge, but Sam walks you through it, and the feeling after the sauna and plunge is fantastic! Head downtown and take advantage of this gem!

Went to Frostfire to try something new, and left relaxed, rejuvenated, and eager to do saunas and cold plunges again. The facility has a relaxing atmosphere, with spa music, lounge chairs, robes and slippers to borrow, a hot sauna (176 F) and very cold plunge tubs (50 or 42 F). Sam, the owner, is very friendly and passionate about wellness, and helpful to all her guests.

A truly relaxing experience. The spa is classy, clean, warm and inviting. My wife and I felt relaxed the moment we stepped inside. Sam is a friendly, gracious host, and she can also expertly coach you through the cold plunge experience (highly recommended). Honestly, the hot and cold rotation left us feeling as good as (if not better than) the best massage we've ever had.

This was such an amazing experience! Definitely recommend for a self-care day. As soon as I walked in, Sam (owner) was so welcoming and throughly explained the process, benefits, and best practices for using the sauna/cold plunge. I was definitely a bit nervous about the plunge, but Sam coached us through it and offered some wonderful tips. We ended up doing 2 rounds of the sauna/cold plunge. I felt very empowered from this mind over matter experience and felt GREAT afterwards. 10/10, will be back again. :)
