Great experience all the way around. Bevens, the gal at the Front was so accommodating. Kim, my masseuse really spent time on my very sore Neck and shoulder.. Maybe I will Get some sleep tonight!

I’ve stepped away from Fuschia Ahwatukee due to lack of available massage therapists and appointment times and just recently went the other day after a recommendation to give it another try. This store is really trying to maintain their promise of a spa like environment and are going thru another makeover. The place does look great however my 80 mi Ute massage appointment left me still less than impressed. This specific massage therapist needs some help. I’m not sure if he was sick but he was sniffling the entire time, mouth breathing which made me a little uncomfortable. He lacked technique and flow, the entire massage was choppy. His pressure was okay but at times he just stopped like he needed a break. He did ask before beginning if I had any areas I’d like to have focused on which although acknowledged were ignored. I really hate to give a “bad” review however maybe with some additional training he could get better at his practices but I was totally sore after and will not be returning. Unfortunately I am contemplating canceling my multiple year membership with this company.

Edit to update- unfortunately this place has slowly but surly gone down hill since the new owner took over. So sad to see such a wonderful place treat and pay their employees so horribly. I used to absolutely love this place but they chased out all of their best employees. I cancelled my membership and will be taking my business elsewhere. best spa in ahwatukee! Nikki their lead esthetician is the BEST! Also the most affordable place around so it's a bonus! I will NEVER spend my money at any other salon because I know I have found the best one. Highly reccommend facials and massages here(as they are the only servcies i use) but I'm sure they are fantasic for everything. Oh, and they have a super nice and super clean sauna that is AMAZING and one person at a time so it’s not awkward.

I've been a member since the location opened. Every appointment has been a great experience. The massage therapists are professional and able to meet my individual needs. The aestheticians are equally skilled and able to customize to my skin needs. Highly recommend! Members can also transfer credits to friends or family.
