I have had issues with scaring, breakouts and dark spots. I have had many services they offer, the results and are awesome. They offer many things to help improve the skin but does not pressure you to partake. I am so happy with my results. I will not go anywhere else Thank you JJ

Google Review for Fundamentals Med Spa ⭐☆☆☆☆ I’ve been a loyal client of Fundamentals Med Spa for several years, but my recent experience has left me extremely disappointed. I encountered an issue that required assistance, so I reached out multiple times via phone and message. However, my calls went unanswered, and my messages were completely ignored. When I finally managed to get in touch, I was informed that I would not be reimbursed the $250 I was owed due to some fine print that I was never made aware of. It feels incredibly unfair and unprofessional, especially considering my long history with them as a client. It's disheartening to see a place I once trusted treat loyal customers this way. I expected better communication and customer service. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this spa to anyone looking for a reliable and respectful experience. Emily Logan

I LOVE Amy. She is fabulous and does such a wonderful job counseling me on how to improve my skin. She suggests products and treatments which I feel are tailored to my needs and my skin without making me feel like she is just selling products — I trust her recommendations and have been pleased with the results. She is also very personable and fun. I look forward to seeing her always and appreciate how pampered and beautiful I feel every time I’m in! This is definitely a gem and a huge asset to have in the city so I don’t have to go up to the north suburbs but can get the same quality downtown!

Fundamentals is my happy place. it's like visiting good friends that want to help you look and feel your best. My skin has improved significantly from regular facials, along with more specialized services such as Morpheus, lasers, specialized masks and more. Highly recommend. Easy to get to and next door to Teas Me. So you can enjoy some delicious and unique teas before or after!

I've just turned 59 years old and fundamentals MedSpa makes me feel like the spas of yesteryear were you leave feeling like a queen. Amy is one of the best injectionist in Indianapolis and I'm sure beyond. The comfort level that she gives to me is amazing. Trusting in her and knowing her skill level by the way that my face has changed over the last 5 years that I've seen her I look much younger and my skin is much better than 5 years ago. What more can I say and the rest of the staff at fundamentals is always lovely as well.

Love this hidden gem! The women are so professional and welcoming. I have sensitive/rosacea prone skin that tends to break out a bit after facials--so I was nervous to dermaplane before my wedding, but Amy took the absolute best care and delivered glowing results with NO breakouts whatsoever. So glad I found a nearby medspa that I can trust. Can't wait for my next appt!
