First time at Fusion and can not say enough about Stacy! My teenage daughter was so nervous about her appointment. She had been unhappy with other experiences getting her hair highlights. But Stacy delivered! My daughters highlights came out perfect. Stacy also made my daughter feel comfortable and I appreciate that. Allie just loved her and her hair. Thank you Stacy

My favorite shop. Everyone I see walking out after an appointment has a huge smile on their face because these girls do their job so well! I've had cuts done by Nikki and Stacy and they do such amazing work. I HIGHLY recommend this place!

Went to Fusion as I read good reviews.. The stylist then showed me a pic in a magazine, a model with dark hair. When she finished, I was in shock, my hair was completely black, black as anthracite coal.I paid, with $30 tip and two products and brows. About $200. Called back to come in for highlights. Well, there's not much we could do with your color, maybe some partial brown highlights. . Another $134 plus $20 tip. So now I'm in for about $360. Can't see highlights. I did see some girls walk out with beautiful hair styles. So, it may have just been my singular experience.

I've been a customer of Lisa's for several years. She cuts and colors my hair using demi-color since that's what I prefer. The shop is clean and comfortable and the other stylists and desk person are always very friendly.

Called last minute and early evening and got an appointment for my son (early Nov). The stylist not only was patient but helped my teenage son get a style he loves. She used active listening skills and compassion, and was able to help "D" feel confident and excited to go to school!

Just got back from this wonderful place and I thought I would never find someone that would do a great job on my hair again but I did ,she trimmed my hair and put long layers and made my hair so beautiful again.Thank you so much Ms Brooke I will definitely tell people about you and I will definitely go back to you 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂

Lisa is a artist and I would follow her wherever she goes especially for my donation cut. I placed my trust in her and gave her full creative control and how I realistically manage my hair and this was the result. Before and after photos below.

This was my first time going to a hair salon in Scranton. Now usually I don’t go to a hair salon because my hair is really curly and I have a specific person I go to in NYC. I called earlier that day and was able to schedule an appointment for 6pm which was very accommodating. The problem was that my stylist was doing a big bye job on another clients head and couldn’t really focus on mines the way I wanted. She washed my hair in literally 2 minutes ( by putting both conditioner and shampoo at the same time because I head her ) and sat me down and started to blow dry my hair. Anyone with curly hair can tell you that you can not blow dry it in big sections because it was be all puff and not straight. I’m talking about just quickly running it through to get it dry. Then when she proceeded to flat iron my hair she also did big sections and didn’t take her time to make sure it was smooth or straight. I was in and out in under an hour which has never happened to me before because it takes time to do my hair. I left looking like Dora. 2 stars because the conversation was great.

We went there for the first time on 08-17-2021 for a haircut. My partner and I wasn't happy and will never go back again. I even told the hairstylist and showed her a picture of the hair cut/style I want (Layered hairstyle) but instead : photo below. My hair got damaged. I look like Dora 2.0. Not happy!

Fusion has an amazing atmosphere with talented stylists who truly love their job! Perfect salon for all ages, children and adults, also wonderful with children with special needs! They have always gone above and beyond with cleanliness, however during the pandemic they truly are one of the best around in protecting their clients and staff!

Wonderful environment and staff. They have pretty average prices that are definitely worth it. Not going to get a cut like this at holiday hair.

Eh, I walked in for a haircut and the sign on the door said "walk-ins welcome" and they were understaffed so I got turned away. But I just went to a different place to get my hair cut, their loss of buisness/money.
