I had a truly amazing massage here today. I asked for a 1 hour firm full body massage with emphasis on the upper body and Julie gave me the perfect firm pressured massage. She found all the knots and tight muscles in my back and shoulders and loosened them up. And you cannot beat the price. A hidden gem I will be returning to!

I'm new to the area and read the reviews and thought finally I found a massage parlor only to be disappointed twice. Got there the first time and was told to come back at 3:30 because of no availability. Came back at 3:30 and was told that they didn't know I was coming back and to come back at 5:00. I never did because that was too late. I called the next day and told them between 10:30 and 10:40 I would be there. Mind you, the spa opens at 10:00 per their page but when I arrived the door was locked. I called and the lady stated I woke her up because I said I would be there at 10:40. The worst customer service from a spa ever received

Cece was amazing! I just googled a massage place near me and decided to try them out for their amazing prices. Well worth it!!! I’m so relaxed and Cece did a great deep tissue!!!

I have been going to Fusion Spa for several years as often as every week. I really appreciate the Asian massage with it's deep tissue work, getting out knots, foot massage, and easy availability to schedule during the day, evenings, or weekends. Sisi and Judy are great! Love it!

This place only cares about their money and not the customer experience. For one the lady who originally started my massage was sniffling, coughing, and blowing their nose every two minutes. The woman in charge claimed it was “allergies” but it clearly wasn’t. So they sent in a man to finish it because the woman who started it didn’t feel well. The massage was very bad. I honestly thought I was being pranked that’s how bad it was! Then once it was over they didn’t offer me any water which they’re supposed to do after every massage. Then I told them what amount I wanted to tip on my card and they proceeded to charge me $20 after I clearly stated numerous times that is not what I wanted to tip. I will never be going back here and I recommend you don’t either.

I have been going to Fusion Spa since 2012 and have always felt refreshed after receiving services there. Whether simply a 15 minute chair massage, or a 90 minute table massage, the professionalism and technique has been of benefit to me. I recall having back problems when I was heavier and the owner took an extra 30 minutes of her time, at no charge, to make sure I was okay. I have bought others gift certificates for their services and all have enjoyed their massages. I’m happy to see that the owner has been able to get some of her staff, who left due to the pandemic, to return to work this week. I know that relieves a lot of pressure for her. Good people doing good works!

Just wow! The lady who did my massage was extremely friendly and her service was amazing in general. She took perfect care of me and made sure she understood what was wrong with me. The massage was amazing I loved it! Definitely recommended. Thank you again!

Absolutely amazing massage! Hands-down the best I’ve ever had! CiCi was outstanding! She is incredibly strong for her size! Great prices! Well worth the money! Super clean and sanitary! Got my entire hour on the table!!! Not only just a massage but great stretching techniques as well! Also use a hot towel to wipe off extra oil left over on my body!!! I will most definitely be going back! Got in last minute and I am so happy I did!

I walked in to get information and ended up staying for a 30 minute massage. I needed attention to a certain area and felt like she did a good job. I was ready to be a regular...., until I checked out. I gave her my credit card to pay and she asked me how much I was leaving for a tip.... uh, I’m used to adding that on myself but I said $8 (20%). She then laughed (!) and said “8?.... not 10?” I won’t be back

I work in construction and get massages weekly for the past 7years. Cici is by far the best masseuse I've ever had. She worked out knots in my back that no other masseuse has ever found. She is definitely my new masseuse and I highly recommend her.

They have remodeled and expanded by adding some more rooms, Foot spa area, and a shower. They are very friendly people and good at what they do. You feel welcomed and comfortable when you walk in. The price is the same just about everywhere you go, but the service here and feeling welcomed can not be outdone. The one poor review came from the competition. Check it out for yourself.
