The more I read about the demand for tipping and saying it’s a language barrier as excuses the more I rather not make an appointment for my husband. It seemed like there’s no language barrier when asking for money. This is one of those places BBB should take a look at. Gives other massage places a bad rep THINKING THEY ARE ALL THE SAME

Very poor experience, old and run down not at all like the photos. I still tipped 15% and the massage therapist tried to bully me and intimidate me into giving her a bigger tip.

This was, without question, one of the most degrading and infuriating experiences I’ve ever had at a business. First, they refused to honor my Groupon, blatantly lying and claiming they don’t accept them. When I showed them their own business listed on Groupon, they brazenly said, “That’s not us.” The dishonesty and disregard for customers were shocking. Then, they falsely claimed they don’t accept credit cards, only to subject me to a humiliating verification process when I paid with my Chase card. It was clear they had no intention of treating me fairly. But what happened next was beyond belief. After a subpar massage, the employee blocked the exit, physically preventing me from leaving until I tipped. When I handed over a generous tip, instead of a thank you, I was told, “Next time you come, make sure you bring more money for tip.” VERBATIM. The entitlement, the disrespect—I was appalled. And to make matters worse, they are illegally charging credit card fees, which is a direct violation of California Civil Code Section 1748.1, making their conduct not just unethical but unlawful. As an attorney, I will not stand by while this business exploits its customers. I will be reporting this shameless establishment to the proper authorities, and I encourage others to avoid this place at all costs. Their behavior is unacceptable, and I will ensure it does not go unchecked.

10/10 experience. Incredible customer service, clean, and peaceful ambiance- definitely come here if you want that full message experience. I had Mia as my masseuse and she did her THING! I told her my problem areas (definitely recommend) and she wasted no time. She soothed my pain right away with her soft, healing hands and all I could think about was hoping it would never end. The hot stone massage towards the end was my favorite part. Will definitely be coming back!

This place AMAZING! The staff is super nice and the massage was great! I went and redeemed a groupon that Id bought months ago and I'd actually forgotten that I had it. Anyway, If you go,ask for Mimi!! She's really nice and thorough. I think that's the best massage I've had since I got to the U.S. 🎉

Great massage! These ladies cracked my back , hot stones , clean environment. I have arthritis and scoliosis, these folks did an excellent job at deep tissue. I'll be back and recommend them. Five solid stars 🌟

Great place to get a massage. Been there twice already for deep tissue massage with hot stones. Don't usually care for the foot massage but now it's something i look forward to. I got vouchers from Groupon. The therapist is really good - knowledgeable and attentive, asks what level of pressure, etc.

Had a Very Good THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE HERE. Would highly recommend it to locals in Boyle hights east L.A. downtown. Why drive out when you have thses facilities close by.

There are too many interruptions. They give you one price over the phone and then charge you more once you arrive. Bait and switch

are you kidding? i called and made an appointment, drove 5 miles here only for a lady to come out looking confused saying she’s busy now and i need to call her boss to change my appointment time because the boss didnt tell her i was coming.
