I WILL NEVER go here again!! The service was okay but the lady and the guy kept whispering to each other and laughing the whole time. And then when it was time to pay they try to Force you to leave them a tip. I told her 10$ at first and she kept tryna persuade me and I yelled at her and told her I’m not going over 20$ and she caught an attitude.

The personnel is really professional, and the facility is immaculate. In addition, they utilized hot stones and towels on the feet and massaged the hands, arms, and scalp. Very soothing.

Came here multiple times and it was great and relaxing. The last 2-3 times I went there the masseuse goes full hard mode which isn’t pleasant At All! I told him to hard and he kept saying “very strong” then after the massage I told him “it was very painful and not relaxing at all” when I go to pay he demands a tip. I said “the massage was painful and not pleasant“ he still demands a tip and says “no you leave tip. Massage good” I don’t see myself coming back here again. It’s unfortunate they don’t have good management to keep clients happy and coming back.

Came here with 2 girlfriends for the 45 min foot soak and massage. Good atmosphere. They also massaged hands, arms and scalp and used hot towels and a hot stone on the feet. Very relaxing.

I’ve been coming to this place for years since they were at the old location, and have had mostly great experiences but today was definitely the worst. I called yesterday for a 90min apt, received a text message confirming for a 90min @2pm. I show up at 2 and there were only 2 people already massaging other people and can’t speak English, one of them came out of the massage room to tell me to call the boss. So I do, and boss tells me my appt. Was for 2:30 like I was wrong even tho I have a confirmation text, but I agree to come back @2:30 because I really need a massage (I have been sleeping on the ground for almost a week with my dying dog who just had to be put down, I really needed a nice relaxing massage for my hurting body and heart) So I come back at 2:30, the guy who I already spoke to had to tell me the boss would be there in 15min through a translator on his phone, puts me in a room and I waited there on a table till almost 3:10 when the boss walks in saying “sorry sorry sorry”. The massage felt very rushed and kind of rough, not the relaxing massage I’ve had many times here. Every time someone walked in the door he would go out to talk to them, he even answered his phone twice and had conversations while still rubbing me with one hand. His phone was also dinging with notifications the whole time. THEN- at the end he tells me he can only do one hour (not the 90min I scheduled) because “3 people came in early”.. uggg, really? You make me wait over an hour and then tell me you can’t give me my full massage because other people came in early??? And I’ve never felt so rushed out of a room before. When I get to the counter he’s all smiles “so sorry! So sorry!” And I’m clearly upset and tell him that “I’m really not happy at all”, show him the text message confirmation, and for a second I thought he was trying to fix things he grabs a card and starts writing and I’m thinking he’s going to give me a gift certificate (which honestly would have made me forgive the situation, I’m a reasonable person, and a manager, I know mix ups happen and I would have given them another chance) but instead he hands me a “buy 10 get one free card with only one punch in it!! I’m like- soooo I need to buy ten more massages to get a free one? And he’s smiling “yes!” I’m flabbergasted at this point, laugh and tell him “I’m definitely not coming back..” Wowzers worst massage experience I’ve ever had. I really liked having the option to come here but this was horrible management, not sure if they changed ownership or what but I won’t be coming back..

Great reflexology massages. Nice staff. The new space is a little rough and not as inviting. Sometimes you can smell cigarette smoke inside and that leaves a lot to be desired while getting a massage.

Went here with friends. The place smells like cigarette smoke everywhere. Not a very relaxing environment. If you like feeling like a truck hit you the next day this is your place for a massage. All of us felt like we were in a car accident the next day.

It can be hit or miss if you don't know who to ask for, but the prices are unbeatable. My favorite is Jim. Please tip them well. Massage is very hard work

It was great...up until the end the tip wasnt enough. He started getting upset and talking in his language because I didnt tip according to the pictures at the end when you pay. You will see a tipping scale based on your satisfaction. 5 wasnt even but I wasnt going to do 10. Never going back

The massage was fine, but the ambiance leaves something wanting. Everything seems thrown together and in slight disarray. Perhaps the place is under construction? It does not appear as it does in the photos; at first I thought I was in the wrong place. The masseuse clearly smoked and the smell was distracting. Be aware that there is pressure to leave a tip of 50% of the service.
