Huge thanks to Armay who helped me achieve the exact amount of gray coverage I was looking for before my wedding! She eased into the color and even let me come back at no charge when I wanted a bit more. I look forward to coming back to her for future hair needs!

I got my hair colored by Greg, he did a wonderful job, my hair color went from an unnatural orange color to very natural brown with highlights. Greg took his time doing my hair and explained why and how things were being done through the process. The facility is clean and pretty, atmosphere was relaxing and the conversations were great. Other hair stylist was very friendly and seemed like they just have a lot of fun here. I would highly recommend this hair salon.

I have had cut and color by both Armay and Greg, two of the stylist that work at G Best Color Salon. Both are very talented and take pride in their work. It’s refreshing and rare to have a stylist take the time to understand my concerns, preferences and what I’m looking for. Also important is that If a style or color you are wanting isn’t suited for your hair type they will give you better options. Maybe not everyone likes this approach but personally I want an experts opinion! Thank you for caring G Best stylists, you guys are amazing 🤩

I feel lied to and misled by Armay at G Best Salon. I came to G Best with seriously damaged hair from a bad salon experience. I asked Armay to list the damage and describe the condition my hair was in when I came to her. She said she would and then never sent me the email. I called and called and finally got her. She said she was uncomfortable describing my hair condition, for reasons I did not understand. She suddenly changed her tune and refused to send me an email describing my hair. I feel lied to and misled as that was one of the conditions under which I wanted my hair done. I cannot begin to describe how betrayed I felt by Armay's actions. She totally misled me, lied to me and then tried to cover it up. As bad as the salon was that did this to me, I feel even worse after my experience with G Best. Certainly NOT THE BEST!!! BUNCH OF LIARS AND UNPROFESSIONAL AMATEURS!!! ALL I HAD WAS ARMAY'S WORD AND SHE WOULDN'T EVEN KEEP TO HER WORD, SHE IS A LIAR AND NOT SOMEONE YOU SHOULD TRUST!!! THIS IS NOT THE FIRST BAD EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH G BEST. Years ago, the Oregon State Employment Department paid to get my hair done so I could have a more professional appearance. When I went to G Best, the Owner Greg, belittled me and made me feel less than when I came to his salon to get my hair done. He said he did not feel like the Employment Dept. should be paying for my hair, he made me feel totally humiliated for having the Employment Dept. pay for my hair, I wish I had never came to his paltry salon, the way he treated me, I WILL NEVER FORGET, HE TREATED ME LIKE HUMAN GARBAGE, I DON'T KNOW WHERE HE GETS THE IDEA HE IS SO MUCH BETTER THAN ANYONE ELSE, HIS SALON SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN FOR PREJUDICE AND HIS ELITIST VIEWS . HE LIED IN HIS REMARKS ABOUT THIS, CLAIMED HE DIDN'T KNOW ANYTHING WHEN HE IS THE BIGGEST PROMOTER OF HATRED AND PREJUDICE!

I found Armay after a desperate late night Google search for stylists in my area, and based on her existing reviews, I took a shot in the dark and booked an appointment with her. I am so glad I did. She is instantly likable (a seriously lovely human), so knowledgeable, and her foil game is on point! She did an incredible job fixing my well grown out highlights while blending in low lights. I left with some great hair tips and a plan for my hair moving forward. I am so thankful I found her. The salon was also a great space in general. Highly recommend.

Armay is spectacular, I love love love her! I had planned to have given her a review after the first visit and failed doing so. So this was the second visit seeing this lovely lady and experiencing her presence and remarkable work. I truly never have had a stylist perform this kind of transformation in 40yrs. I have always dreamed to achieve blonde highlights that were not brassy or green, Lol .She brought a big smile to my face, a great new look, her positive electrifying energy and a transformation that I truly thought was never possible. I don't trust anyone but Armay with my hair! I was very nervous after my friend and trusted stylist moved to WA. If you have curly hair that needs love, she's your lady! She's also a color genius.

Armay does an amazing job on my hair....I've seriously never been happier. And considering that when I came to her a year or so ago I was feeling the exact opposite, that's really saying something. She has nailed it every single time I see her. I love the color and the cut....and she's fast. Not sure how she does it but I love the results.

I did not meet Armay in person as I had to reschedule several times and finally postpone my appointment with her to next year, however her understanding and flexibility really impressed me, in today's world if we cancel even once we get banned or the person becomes rude. Not her, she is a good and nice human being, not easy to find. I hope to actually benefit from her hairstylist skills also soon,

I had my hair permed by Sumiko. She is easy to talk to, took time to understand how I wanted my hair to look like, and she did an amazing job. I had a very long hair, so it took a lot of time to get my hair done, but I enjoyed every moment of it! She even suggested for other services that may be suitable for me. I would definitely come back in the future! Thank you so much!

First let me say this is maybe my second or third review I have EVER done. Due to my husband’s job/career we move typically every 3-4 years which is why I usually use Groupon to find my stylist in the new city I’m in. Let me say I usually go through 5-6 before I find my person. I AM THRILLED I FOUND ARMAY right away! I have never found a stylist who at first meeting actually sat down with me and TRULY listened to what I wanted to achieve with my hair. I could tell right away she was knowledgeable and skilled. She knows her products and color chemistry. She gave me highlights and low lights, WOW! My hair has NEVER looked better and the conditioning treatment she provided has my hair looking and feeling like it hasn’t been colored at all. I’m 57 and that’s hard to do! Armay is OUTSTANDING and I HIGHLY recommend her!

I’m going through a divorce, I wanted to do something to treat myself but can afford much. So I bought the Groupon for full highlights with Armay and scheduled a cut and highlight. I came so excited, sat through the whole process for my hair to come out EXACTLY the same. I was bawling. Armay was very condescending saying over and over she’s “ sorry I fee that way” offered to reschedule tomorrow which did nit work for me and offered nothing else. I left bawling. If she had fixed it that would be one thing but she sent me home.

I saw Ariana via a Groupon for my first time, and received a wash blow dry cut and style I think, was the package. Let me just say that I have been to 6 different 5 star EXPENSIVE hair salons in the last 4 years shelling out upwards of $350 in the hopes of replacing my old stylist (Meredith from Ulta at Jantzen Beach whered you go?! Lol) and was always super upset with the communication, or the results versus what I had wanted, I just wasn't getting the experience I used to look forward to and after much research I found Ariana, and I recieved a trim, layers, and she helped fix a super weird like SHELF of bangs shorter than the other side from previous haircut. I was so so happy, it was easy, she understood what I wanted, and I had shoulder length, wavy + ringlets with thin hair that manages to look like a lion's mane and she made a blunt cut, layered haircut that really worked for my weird hair type :) See Ariana, and give her a shot guys! And remember these folks are human hairdressers, not magicians. So remember color is usually a process, ask what steps are involved to go from reality to the desired result, ALWAYS bring multiple pictures, and be real with yourself. If you bite off more than you can chew that's not the stylists fault if you tell them that's what you want without knowing the steps it takes to get there, although it's important that a stylist be very earnest & responsible in explaining the reality of the process to you and give you all options so you can make informed decisions when your hair starts throwing monkey wrenches! As for Ariana's haircuts, 5 stars! She's who I will see from now on & I can finally stop LOOKING!! :)

I can't speak to the quality of the other stylists here, but Amanda is wonderful! I was in a pickle when I had two days to look presentable for a job interview and my hair was a wreck. Amanda came in on her day off to help me. She managed to blend my very dark roots and bleach blonde hair into a gorgeous color. She trimmed the damaged ends while keeping the majority of my length. I really cannot recommend Amanda enough for her top notch technique and customer service.

I’ve been seeing Greg for more than 15 years. I drive from Lake Oswego to the Hollywood area just to have him color and highlight my hair. Greg is very professional, yet humorous and kind as well. He will listen to what you want, colorwise. However, he will also give you options that might look even greater if you ask him. He’s the “total package” guy for hair color!!

Taking off for LA and Disneyland for my anniversary and I wanted to get my hair colored before I ran out I got an all over blonde highlight . The color tone from back to front was not blended the whole process took 3 1/2 hours my head still burns pretty bad . By the end of the process my hair had blue in it she said the toner would help so I buy Redken bondage for blonde washed my hair about five times now and my hair is now orange. Honestly for how much it cost to do all over highlights and then a tip on top of it to leave a salon with blue hair after 3 1/2 hours with no desired results is disappointed in the lease to say and just annoying I am now currently traveling to LA by car with orange hair so I have to go pay for a stylist other fix it which they’re probably not going to recommend dying my hair sense of the dama honestly for how much it cost to do all over highlights and then a tip on top of it to leave a salon with blue hair after 3 1/2 hours with no desired results is disappointed in the lease to say and just annoying I am now currently traveling to LA by car with orange hair so I have to go pay for a stylist other fix it which they’re probably not going to recommend dying my hair sense of the damage And get a haircut which I can’t even imagine how much that’s gonna cost me in the middle of LA I will be calling in very soon🤯😡
