Unfortunately my experience was not good. I went in asking for some root color and highlights but came out with a head full of grey hair and my cut that I feel is overpriced was literally 3 snips and done no style whatsoever. I went over what I wanted in detail and unfortunately came out with something I would have never asked for or wanted. They did offer to fix and I went back and they had to do a bleach wash to wash out the grayish green color. No manager contacted me. This was $300. This is supposed to be a high end salon and I expected better results. The saying “you get what you pay for” does not always tend to be true. Save your money and hit up the smaller salons not the chains. I wanted this to be a good experience but unfortunately it was not.

Aned did an amazing job! She made me feel so relaxed and did a great job blowing out and curling my hair. Loved it. Highly recommend her and Gadabout's services.

I have been here twice and had terrible haircuts both times. All they were interested in was selling me products. Did not care about my hair at all until they wanted to sell me something.

I’ve been here three times and each experience was different and yet positive. The nail area for pedicures could use some updating if are the water fall isn’t going to be used but that’s the only “negative”. I’ve had waxing, nails (mani/pedi) and haircuts. I love that the ladies all seem very professional and happy with their jobs. One reviewer said they do “old lady” haircuts….thanks for that but I’m glad I wasn’t talked into a bright pink buzz cut up the side and love the traditional styles 🤷‍♀️ I’m positive more than one professional there could do modern if that is your desire. From the front desk to the stylist and everyone in between, thank you for you service 🫶🏼🥰☀️💅💇‍♀️💆‍♀️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

(2024) Updated review Spa- had THE best massage with Nina recently. Usually all techs are great but it’s as if she knew everything that had been bothering me without a word. First time I almost fell asleep. I’m beyond grateful that she took her time did not rush & actually can tell she’s a healer! Hair- Been seeing Terre for almost 6yrs love her. (2019 3 stars) Got there at 10am didn’t leave till 5pm due to a color mishap. Left with headache due to all the trials of trying to fix hair. Had to resort to just telling my stylist to resort to my normal hair color after about 4-6 times of dyeing trying to fix the hair to be darker again. Mangers were not empathetic to situation & were not willing to deduct charge and listen to customers concern and request. Ended up paying full amount and tip still to stylist. Have had a bad experience with the color there before gave a second chance been loyal for 2yrs would not recommend ANY of the locations if customers are not treated with respect when taking into consideration if their experience does not go well. Only would give 2 stars but giving one extra just because the stylists are usually very nice.

My daughter's Hair color started to fade badly the day after having it done. She had it all over her neckline , ruined her acrylic nails, color blue all over her hands and clothes .It was a complete mess and color faded within a week. I had set up an appointment for a redo and with complete confidence that there wouldn't be a fee as per conversation from receptionist setting up the appointment but at the very end I was charged for hair color and extra fee for gloss that the stylist should’ve discussed before applying it onto my daughters hair. Total spend within 2 weeks without a haircut and on shoulder length thin hair 220.00 Completely disappointed!!

Not great. They really don't know how to cut modern styles. Their salon is for the older lady hair style.

I have been going to Angel for my facials for the past few years. She is exceptional and I always feel like a million bucks when I’m done. She is so professional and I get so relaxed and renewed. I highly recommend Angel.

I've been coming here ever since I was a little girl with my mom to get my hair cut. I've always gotten wonderful service and still come for my hair styling, makeup, and spa needs even in my late 20s. I plan to keep coming here for the foreseeable future!

I love my pedicurist, Araceli. I first came to Gadabout over 15 years ago because I trusted them to use sanitized equipment and do a great job. I discovered Araceli soon after and she does terrific work on not just my toes but she does a nice foot and leg massage with a sugar rub. The staff are all really nice.

I made an appointment for haircut/style weeks in advance. I was looking forward to getting my hair done but on the day of my appointment I get a call in the morning saying they needed to reschedule me so it was reset to different time with different stylist. As I was on my way to the appointment, I get a call again saying stylist who was going to see me had a big project so she can't see me but will rebook with someone else. I was very disappointed at that point. I get a call again saying stylist they had rebooked me with after all will be able to see. So I get to the location and the front end manager comes over and said not intentional and started to defend her position. She ruined it for me. I asked to speak to GM but was told she is in the meeting. As l left after my appointment I call the GM again was told gone for the day and will have her call me around 9:00 next morning. It's almost 4:00 next day and still haven't heard from the GM. I was treated very poorly. Very unprofessional.

I recently had a Skin Authority facial at the Oracle Gadabout with Tina “magic Hands” can’t say enough about how great it was! She was so kind and knowledgeable about the brand and their new regenerative growth factor technology! I walked out glowing, relaxed and less wrinkled ❤️😊 GO! You won’t regret it 🤸💕

Jamie is five stars. I ended up on her schedule after another stylist rescheduled me THREE TIMES in three days (minus one star for this). My hair is exactly what I wanted. It looks even better than expected. She works very quickly and pricing was fair. I’ll be back to see her again.

Sylvia is the absolute best! She’s very attentive and listens to your needs, and very personable. I loved mine and my daughters hair so much I hugged her! I also cannot say enough good things about Armando. He was very helpful and patient with a color correction on my daughters hair. Also Meglouise is one of the Managers there and she has the best personality and customer service skills that you could ever want! She actually cares about your happiness! All 3 of these people are an asset to Gadabout and I highly recommend going there.
