Gaia Spa proved they truly value their customers and do their best to ensure a pleasant and welcoming experience. Carla is exceptional and one of the biggest reasons I decided to go back. Carla works in the front desk and has provided myself and my family a great overall experience and customer service. The services are also good and do not disappoint. Glad I gave them a second chance!

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Sonia. She made me feel super comfortable from the start, and the whole experience was so relaxing. I left feeling totally refreshed and tension free. I’ve definitely found my go-to massage therapist and can’t wait for my next session.

An amazing experience all around. The sauna suite has an amazing ambience and really nice amenities to go along with the sauna, including a really nice shower. Luis, one of the massage therapists, is a magician. I came in so tight and sore and after the massage and cupping, I was completely loosened up. The girls at the front desk were so sweet, amicable, and fun. Looking forward to my next visit!

"Disappointing Experience for My Birthday" I visited Gaia Spa for a special birthday treat, and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. I arrived 7 minutes late, and instead of being greeted with understanding, I was told that I would have less sauna time. The sauna itself was much smaller than it appeared in the photos, and there were no designated room to store clothes. It was disappointing from the start. Additionally, the spa was lacking basic amenities like Q-tips and cotton pads, which made me feel uncomfortable. After the sauna, the massage therapist took me to the room and immediately tried to upsell me on an additional 30 minutes of massage, despite the fact that I had a birthday package that already included a 60-minute massage, scrub, and facial. When I explained this, she insisted that she would only be able to give me a 30-minute massage instead of the full hour. However, in the end, she did provide the full 60 minutes, which I appreciated. That said, the facialist was wonderful. She was professional, and I truly enjoyed my facial. She even added an extra massage to my shoulders, which was a nice touch. However, when I asked for pictures of my procedure, I was told they would be sent to me—but they never were. I even came back to ask again, but still, no photos were sent. To top it off, the front desk staff was unwelcoming and didn't make me feel valued as a customer. Given all the inconveniences and lack of attention to detail, I wouldn’t recommend this spa to others. It's unfortunate, as I was hoping for a relaxing, memorable experience for my birthday, but it fell short in several ways.

I had the pleasure of having Odalys take care of me. This woman was absolutely incredible. So kind! I felt so heard when I of my concerns, she took the time to listen and really target the trouble areas. She was fantastic! so good, in fact, that I enrolled in their membership program So I can get a massage done by her monthly!!!

GAIA Spa is exceptionally beautiful, clean and fitted out with the best equipment and products. The front of house staff is totally on their game. I came to try massage by Ethan with a stressed stiff shoulders - my whole body was in pain. Ethan took my body apart and put it back together again. After the massage therapy my body was relaxed and no more pain in my shoulders. Highly recommend Ethan!!! ❤️

My wife and I went here last night 1/5/25. Gaia Spa was amazing from the moment we walked in the door until we left. First thing I noticed was it smelled amazing, the low lighting & ambiance passed the vibe check immediately as well. The two friendly and knowledgeable ladies that greeted us (Carla and Gigi) offered us a turmeric ginger shot to drink and got us checked in. We enjoyed their company while we waited a short time. I had booked this experience just earlier in the afternoon and they were able to accommodate a couples massage on the same day. We had even requested female massage therapist for both of us which they were able to accommodate. We enjoyed a 60 minute Swedish massage with essentials oil I chose lavender as we were planning to go & relax afterwards. -I highly recommended an 8pm massage by the way it’s a perfect way to end your day. I have only had one massage previously many years ago, but my wife has never had one. So we had no idea what to expect especially walking in as a lgbtq couple. The studio itself was quiet with low peaceful music playing in the background. Everything was clean and smelled great. The blankets and tables were even warm when we got on them. They really have taken every step to ensure their guests have a great experience. Bathrooms are clean and private with actual hand towels. From inside the studio we couldn’t even hear any noise from the outside world which helped with the overall experience. Our massage therapists were Luna and Stacy and I can’t even begin to thank them for such a wonderful experience. They both were very good and checked in with us a few times to make sure we were enjoying our session. We will absolutely revisit this spa, in fact if we were local I would have signed up for a membership on the spot. I’m just glad the reason for our visit is annual so I will definitely book ahead next time. If it were possible to give more stars I absolutely would. I didn’t take any photos but the one’s already included in other reviews are spot on.

I booked a Prenatal Massage and it was amazing! Odalys is great and super knowledgeable. The spa is very clean and beautiful. I was so pleased with the service I bought a gift card facial for my mom to enjoy the experience as well.

This morning I got a massage by Julia, she listen to my needs, work in the areas that need most to be work on it, the massage was amaxing I said that because I am also a massage therapist for more than five years already, Julia also have a background in physical therapy that was a big plus and the spa is beautiful and smell really good. This was a true self-care experience for my best friend and I that we both needed. The experience was amazing from calling to make the appointment to the experience on our scheduled date to leaving after our experience. Very nice place, clean throughout the whole facility. Sauna and shower is well kept. Plenty of towels, slippers, and robes to give you that 5 star accommodation. Great staff, massages, and packages. Money well spent. Liked it so much me and my wife became members 😁.
