Fui hoy y fue la peor experiencia. El peor corte que he tenido, no vuelvo a ir. Me corto el pelo como en 8 minutos y todo el rato diciéndome lo quemado que lo tenía y con mala actitud. Me lo dejo horrible pero mejor lo deje así para que no me lo cortara mas. Procuren ser más amables y profesionales y si se está pagando pues tomen su tiempo con el cliente. Si van a hacer las cosas a la carrera pues mejor no lo hagan. Worst experience today. I won’t be going back. She cut my hair in like 8 minutes and the whole time telling me my hair was burnt and felt heavy and also a horrible attitude. My hair is uneven and choppy but I just left it like that before she cut it even shorter. Be more professional Galaxy! Seriously. Don’t recommend this place at all.

Excellent & beautiful service. They cut my son’s hair, my mom’s and mine. They also styled it. I saw them doing hair color in another costumer& it came out nice. I am very hard to please, but I am coming back here!

Horrible experience. My son had an appointment for 12:00. We waited until 12:20 when finally someone who had just been sitting there in the car came and unlocked the door. Then people just went in and wrote their names on a piece of paper (so what was the point of making an appointment?).The person then disappeared to the back and you could tell they were in no hurry to get started. . We were fifth on the list even though we were the first ones there and had already been waiting there for 40 minutes. That’s when we gave up and went somewhere else.
