Barbara Bryant rocks! She goes over and above to please her clients. She never disappointd. The shop offers a very relaxed atmosphere and all the staff are extremely caring and helpful. This is my go to place.

Great service! Had a wonderful time getting my hair cut. Everybody was so nice too! Stephanie was my stylist and gave me my best cut in years, then set me up with some great deals and techniques for hair products.

Hayden was great! She cut my hair, and she did everything to make sure that I left with exactly what I wanted. She offered advice for what would work best for my specific hair type, and what we could do to get the desired result considering my hair was different from the reference photos that I showed. I would 100% book with her again.

Absolutely love this salon!! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new place to go. The atmosphere is just wonderful and I absolutely love the interior design. The staff is extremely sweet and helpful. They offer fresh made latte's and the hair wash stations do not put a strain on your neck. I was extremely happy with all things from the hair wash tub to the hair cut. I have no complaints about this salon. Well worth it to book an appointment here.

Hayden did my hair a couple of weeks ago and did absolutely amazing!! She was so sweet and had amazing conversations with me! My hair is perfect and i absolutely fell in love with it after. I will be returning so I can get my touched up!! Thank you so much Hayden!!

Hayden was hands down the best! Hayden took her time and used her expertise to make sure what I wanted was executed perfectly. I have a hard time getting lows that match my roots and she did exactly that PLUS! I was in and out of my appointment in an efficient amount of time (2hrs or less). Overall this Salon is fabulous, and Hayden is awesome!

I had my hair done by one of the amazing hairstylists there named Hayden and she did an absolutely fabulous job with my hair !! When I went in I had a lot of questions about my hair type and which cuts look best for my hair and Hayden listened thoroughly and executed exactly what I was looking for !! I will absolutely be coming back to Hayden for my hair she knows exactly how to embrace beauty through hair and I always leave with a smile!!

I’ve seen Hayden for my hair twice both cut and color and she absolutely slayed it. Not only did she leave me with the best hair on the planet but she is so personable and easy to talk to. I can’t wait to see her again I’ll be booking with her every single time from here on out. 11/10 would recommend.

I’ve seen Hayden multiple times for myself and my daughter. She is amazing! She took her time to help me find the right colors for my complexion and did the most beautiful balayage. My daughter is 3 and usually scared of hair cuts but now she asks to go see Hayden. Highly recommend her!!

My experience with Hayden was five stars! Very professional, upfront and clean! She tells me what I can realistically expect from our visit and gives me the best tips for our my hair care routine ! My Aunt made tandem appointments for us at another place.. who decided to change our appointments to hours apart. We called around and found Galleria Botique Salon with 2 openings. Both hairdressers we had were AMAZING. Payton M cut my hair. I explained to her that I haven't had my hair cut in awhile (the last place I went really messed my hair up). I told her to cut ALL of the dead ends off.. but do not show me! I wanted lots of long layers and showed her pictures of my prior hair style. She cut my hair and someone actually swept all the hair on the floor up.. so I didn't see it all.. I probably would have cried if I saw how much was cut off 🤣 so I thank that person! (The hair needed to be cut.. I just am overly emotional). She asked me to see the pictures again to finish the cut.. then styled it. Conversation was great, I am SO happy with my hair, and will definitely be back! As someone who has struggled for find a new hairdresser after I relocated from Pennsylvania.. Payton, and the whole Galleria staff made it such a great experience! Stephanie did my aunts hair and the conversation was wonderful, her hair looks amazing, and my aunt might visit me more just to get her hair cut correctly. (Another win in my book)

I really dislike leaving bad reviews but i feel it's imperative that one be honest, especially since reviews is what got me to try this place. I had my hair cut by Inna. Maybe she had an off day or maybe my hair is somehow more difficult to cut than most....i don't know, all i know is that i walked out with a really really bad haircut. I showed Inna 4 pictures as a reference to no avail. Without exaggerating, this is one of the worst haircuts i ever got. I'm actually going to a barber for a touch up to try to salvage what we can and look somewhat presentable. Unfortunately, my hair will end up way way shorter than I've had or wanted in 20 years. Not the end of the world, it will grow back but i for one will definitely not come back.

An absolutely amazing salon with some truly talented professionals! Members of our household got a chance to get services from each stylist : Inna, Betty and Barbara. The team is top notch, the ambiance of the salon is very warm and welcoming. The coffee offered here is Starbucks level good:) The best way to describe our love towards this place is that even our 17 months old had an amazing time during his first haircut. Thank you for everything, Inna, Betty, Barbara, Michael and Hayden!

Inna is a great stylist for curly hair. During our appointment , she was attentive and listened to my concerns regarding the cut I wanted to try for my curl pattern. Usually, one has to travel over the Bay Bridge to receive a dry curly hair cut. So this is great to find; a local salon with curly hair expertise. Definitely bring a photo for reference!

Ame este salón , el servicio de Betty fue excelente fui con una idea de lo que quería hacerme en mi cabello y salí mucho mejor de lo que pensaba , ella hizo un gran trabajo y mi cabello a pesar de que uso decoloración en el , no se maltrató para nada quedó hermoso y con brillo . Definitivamente regresaré !!!!

The reason i came to this beautiful salon , was because of all the amazing reviews i saw on here. Unfortunatly i did not have the best expirience with Inna. Maybe she was not having a good day, because all of these amazing reviews say that she is so kind and sweet. This was not the case today. It started off amazing she was giving me a scalp massage that was very relaxing and she was being very gentle which i appreciate.. it was my first time doing this scalp massage at a salon. The issue was when she was blowdrying my hair and as we were talking she seemed very uncomfortable like if she did not want to do my hair anymore. I was going to ask her if she was ok,but then we got to the flat iron part. She was not taking her time and seemed like she was rushing and burned my ear and then said “oh did that hurt” with a sarcastic voice. Being a salon owner you should know how to properly use a flat iron so that you do not burn your customers. I hope she treats all her customers the same and takes her time with her new customers that she does not know. sucks i had this expirience at this beautiful place.

This beautiful, relaxing, stylish salon leaves nothing, not one detail left undone. From the moment you walk in, seeing the exquisite care taken in decor and products, to the coffee/latte offered as you sit to chat about your hair. Inna is amazing. She knows what she is doing!! If I could give her 10 stars I would. She cares about the health of your hair and helps coordinate the best plan with your style preferences, and you leave with gorgeous, shiny, soft hair.
