Heather was kind and friendly. My kiddo takes some time to warm up to people and I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable she felt right away. Heather asked her questions about what she wanted and my daughter answered most of them when she usually looks to me to communicate with strangers. When we left, my daughter said, " I love my hair and I like HER." We'll be back!

This was my second visit to Garbo’s for a haircut, and I am thoroughly disappointed with the outcome. I arrived with no issues with my hair and left feeling worse about my appearance. The photos below clearly illustrate the results (picture for reference of what I ASKED for and what I received). While the customer service was professional and they offered no charge that day and a free future haircut as compensation, I don’t know if I ever want to return for another session. I was promised a follow-up phone call the next day to meet with an expert stylist to address the issues with my hair, but no such call was made. My first visit to Garbo’s was excellent, which is why I returned. However, my second experience was markedly different. The entire appointment was silent, and when I tried to voice concerns about my haircut, I was dismissed with “I’m not done yet.” Okay, I’m not a hairstylist I’m not going to tell you how to do hair. I didn’t feel the need to micromanage, but I expected a professional to take the time to ensure I was happy with the result. In the end, they tried to explain the issue away as a cowlick. However, as the photos show, even if a cowlick was present, it should have been properly accounted for and factored into the haircut. I should have been asked about my preferred lengths and style but as you can see, neither sides are even with eachother and they are different lengths and degrees of thickness. The result is devastating—not only did this haircut completely derail my confidence, but it has also impacted my ability to prepare for two upcoming internship interviews. My expectation was to go in there feeling better about myself, not worse. I don’t care for any more complimentary haircuts; the damage to my hair cannot be undone. I expected to work with an expert stylist, but the outcome left me feeling like I could have done a better job myself. I now look like a child who cut their own hair. After seeing the result, my friends and family have already expressed that they would never trust this salon with their hair. I genuinely feel like there wasn’t enough done to address my concerns and a free haircut is just not enough…

I went to their salon today and let me tell you guys it was amazinggg my stylist was Regan she did an amazing job on what I asked her to do I just love my hair makes me feel like so lifted and happy I felt like joy from inside out when I walked out I felt happy with the outcome usually I’m scared to go to salon but her station and her set up made me feel right at home she was very demure and mindful and just so joyful she always has a smile on while doing my hair she’s the type of stylist that will always make your day better as soon as you walk in. At first I was scared of getting layered but then after I saw her station I just know she was going to do an amazing job. You guys should definitely book with Regan

Lexi is amazing! She listens to what I'm looking for and gives advice, when I have questions. She worked with my natural curls. My hair looks great curly or straight! Lexi even rescued my hair from a bad bleach attempt. It's now beautiful & healthy! I also love the ease of scheduling online & availability to get in soon!

Honestly, they did absolutely terrible on my brother’s hair. He asked for just a bit of the side no fade and just an inch off the top and she ended up giving him a SKIN fade his scalp was red and irritated. They did not do well at all the hairdresser need help from another women and finally Brian. My brother was basically mannequin for her to learn on.THIS WHOLE SITUATION happened after they messed up the location we were supposed to go to. We will only be coming back to see Brian he fixed him up amazingly after his initial person butchered his hair. This whole situation was messed up we sat there for 1.5 hours for a little boys haircut. Thank you Brian.

I was immediately checked in by the front desk staff when I arrived and was seated to get started within a few seconds. I came in with little words to describe what I was looking for - Reagan took note of my thoughts and did her thing! She was so knowledgeable and executed exactly what I was hoping for. As someone who has struggled for a long time to find a stylist who is considerate and as passionate about your hair as you would be yourself, I couldn’t be happier to of found Reagan and Garbos Regency. I’m looking forward to booking all of my future hair needs with Reagan and the Garbos Regency team.

I have been seeing the same stylist (Ann) at this salon for over four years. I've never been disappointed. The front desk staff are friendly and efficient. The salon is always spotlessly clean and attractive and parking is always available. I would highly recommend the Garbo's Regency Salon! Ann Bushman

I've gone to Garbo's at Regency many times and have had a great experience each time. I called over a week ago to book a blowout for today and switched it over to a haircut. Not a problem. Got a call yesterday saying I got booked with a stylist that wasn't working. Okay... moved by appointment to 3pm, and I let them know I had to be done by 4pm. I was told that I will be done by 4pm. Then I got a call this morning saying my stylist is out sick. And the only appointment was 3:30pm at Midtown. Had to cancel because that no longer worked and ended up going to a different salon that could fit me in better. I will be hesitant to return to Garbo's again in the future.

I had a massage by Sharon and WOW, she does fabulous work! It was obvious that she had years of experience that made her know the exact right pressure in the exact right locations. The environment was terrific, the table temperature was perfect, the blankets soft, and the ideal spa music. All the details were covered, and I was very happy that I had the luxury of that relaxing hour. Thanks Sharon!

Reagan is absolutely amazing . I used to go to Des Moines from Omaha every 7 weeks to get my hair colored because no one in Omaha could color it how I wanted. I’ve been trying to find a stylist here in Omaha for a good 6 months now and even went to aveda salons . They failed me every time. I even showed them pictures of how my hair was colored when I went to the spa in Des Moines. No one could get it right! I went to Garbo’s hoping for the best. Reagan, whom I have never met, did it perfect. Like perfect. I won’t go anywhere else now. Book with Reagan for color!!!

i am appalled with how this place has cut and permed my boyfriends hair 3 times. we need to get it redone because its messed up and his line isnt even STRAIGHT. $180 for a terrible perm and cut. yall are lucky i cant put in the video because your customers would be RUNNING. now i need to find a BETTER place to fix it. we will NOT be back
