What an amazing experience! I got highlights from Jessica and she knew exactly what to do to get my blonde right. She also gave me a cute cut and style and was very funny and kind. Thank you Jessica, this is the happiest I’ve been with my hair in a very long time!

Front staff are rude, they incorrectly cancelled my appointment without contacting me, when I went in for the appointment I thought I still had they were rude and uncaring. Will not be going back.

I had the best experience at Garbo’s with Kaitlyn, she helped me fix my hair completely after it had been messed up really bad. She listened to my wants and needs and she was so knowledgeable, sweet, personable, and funny!! From now on I will be going to her, she’s wonderful!! Not to mention my hair looks the best it has EVER looked. When we were done with the service I was in shock at how amazing she did, now I have the PERFECT fall hair color🤗. Book with her, you wont regret it!!

Chris was awesome and I love my haircut. I’m horrible at describing how I want it but he understood me and gave me exactly what I asked for. I’d recommend him 10 out of 10 times!!

Been using Aveda invati products that was recommended by Garbos for my thinning hair for the past 20 days. Can say that the loss of hair has stopped. Great products and will continue to use.

Great experience! No wait. Kaitlyn talked my teenage daughter into a cut that was much more suited to her going from long hair to short. And giving her a cut that had such great style with low maintenance. We will definitely be going back to Kaitlyn for all her cuts!

My most recent haircut was my first time visiting Garbo's, and it will definitely be my last. My main issue was with the dishonesty regarding their pricing. They basically lied to me outright. The first thing I asked when I walked in, was how much it would be for a mens haircut, and the lady at the desk told me it could range from $35 to $55 depending on who cut my hair. Given that I only wanted a simple haircut, I specifically requested someone who would only charge $35. I only needed a quick fade on the sides, and a trim on the top, not that difficult. The lady who cut my hair was nice enough and seemed to be experiencd, however, she didn't even ask me if I wanted my beard trimmed. When going to pay, the lady at the front, the asme one that I had asked fto set me up with someone who charged $35, said it would be $55, and she had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to leave a tip! I would have left a tip had I gotten the price I requested, but not after being lied to. As upset as I was about the bait and switch pricing, I had to get back to work, so I didn't put up an argument, paid, and left. Needless to say, I was upset about the dishonesty and the less than par customer service I experienced. To top it off, a friend of mine said the stylist had messed up the hairline on the back! I understand that the cost of haircuts has gone up over the years, but for $55, I should have, at the very least, gotten a beard trim along with the haircut. Unbelievable.

Sometimes even the best hair cut isn’t enough when your stylist is late and even a no show. Everyone’s time is valuable and if you want to keep customers you might try treating them that they to are valuable. For the price charged you would think you would treat your clients like they are more valuable than that. I’m extremely disappointed.

J is the best stylist I’ve ever had, and my hair has never been so healthy and easy to style. She educates me during appointments - on hair treatments (her natural keratin is the best!), products, and styling tricks. She’s super professional and has tons of experience - a true master of her craft!

I came in with a mess of color but Alysha listened to what I wanted, studied the picture that I brought as reference and communicated with me throughout the whole process of getting my hair to the color I was after. And she naillllled itttt! I have had a rough time finding a stylist who gets my vibe and hears me out but she did AMAZING! This was a few weeks ago and I plan to rebook with her again when the time comes. She made sure my color was long lasting and that my roots would be blended and was just all around brilliant without charging me an insane amount of money. Very good experience. Thank you so much!

I used to love Garbos at Village Pointe until the repeated delays on appointments with a particular stylist. I have been left waiting almost every time after being told it would be only 5-10 minutes that usually turned into 30. Or the repeated calls to reschedule or cancel. Once I had to cancel late due to road construction and traffic delays and I feel like I've been punished ever since. I have never treated a customer or business contact the way I have been treated. That's a 15 -year relationship lost.

I wish I could give them zero ,these people they don’t value customers at all. I reached to their salon just 2minute up for my appointment that too because I couldn’t find their salon.These people said we cannot accommodate you because stylists has other clients .I mean just by 2 minutes they couldn’t accommodate , they just care about money . Very bad experience I must say.
