The only reason why I’m giving a 1 star is because upon arrival my reservation was cancelled due to short staff. I wish they would have given me a call instead of wasting my time driving to the spa . The attendee said that she was sorry and couldn’t give me a wait time or reschedule another appointment for another day .

The service was excellent,the room was clean and tidy,and the masseuse was friendly and professional.After the massage,mybody pain was relieved.I will definitely come again.
