This was an experience as well as a massage for me. Right away I felt safe, comfortable and private in this studio. Garrett has an actual genuine gramophone as part of his decor! As a music lover this popped for me. Garrett gave me an excellent massage with WARM natural massage oils and he paid special attention to my frozen shoulder and my chronic lower back pain. There was a noticeable improvement and I am grateful for Garrett making time for me. He was professional and produces results, I am walking proof of it. I believe there is no other man in Knoxville who has the same credentials, experience and expertise. I highly recommend him.

A little confusing to find but you go in the same entrance as you would for the Melting Pot Restaurant and take the stairs on the left. Studio is very clean and homey vibe which makes it easier to relax. Garrett is very professional and thorough he doesn't just give you a massage he will ask questions and find out what you have going on in your life from stress to any kind of ailments and then tailer the massage to you. He's had all kinds of training and it shows when you get your massage. I read a lot of reviews before I decided this is where I was going and I am Happy I made this choice. Check him out, you won't be disappointed it was the best massage I ever had by far.

Garrett Manry is the best! But, what do you do next when you are the best. How do you maintain that high standard of excellence. You continually look for ways to improve your technique, and you learn new techniques for your craft to benefit your clients. That is exactly what Garrett does. I had not visited Garrett in a while. He is very client oriented; so, he began by asking about particular areas of the body giving me problems and/or for which I needed concentration. Next Garrett explained in great detail (and demonstrated) the techniques he would use during my massage. Then he got to work. The massage was amazing and unlike any I have had before. He used several of those newly learned techniques. Garrett provides a very clean and serene surrounding conducive to relaxation. Music is optional and the client’s choice. Lighting is perfect, and the massage table is very comfortable. Garrett also checks in throughout the massage to ensure pressure is good and there are no issues or concerns. Every move is precise and the pressure was perfect. At the end of the massage, I felt like a new person. However, there’s one additional step in the massage process. Garrett outlines a plan for next steps to ensure the client is getting the most from the massage. He explains stretches that need to be done to enhance the massage experience. He also outlines next steps, i. e. plenty of water to release the toxins that have been moved around in the body during the massage, no heavy foods for the next 24 to 48 hours, etc. Without a doubt, one of the best massages I have had. I have already scheduled my next session.

I had the best massage today! Garrett gave me a very thorough massage and explained everything he was doing. He made me feel comfortable answering all my questions. He gave an indepth intro and after discussion. I left feeling completely relaxed and glad that I booked this session. I will be back!

Garrett is a wizard! He spent time taking a complete history of sore areas and previous injuries that might be impacted by the massage. This was on his own time and not part of the massage. He then went to great lengths to make me comfortable. The studio was impeccable. I highly recommend this skilled man. He is passionate about his work.

I got a deep tissue/neuromuscular therapy massage from Garrett this week, I’ve had hundreds of massages from around the world and Garrett’s massage is the best I have ever gotten! I am also a massage therapist and I am very picky about massages. This is the only massage I’ve ever gotten that I didn’t lay there and think, “I could do this better!” Garrett was intuitive, he knew where I hurt and I didn’t even have to tell him. I was in Knoxville on a business trip and hurt my back, Garrett got me in on a moments notice, making the appointment was a breeze! I didn’t know until later that he even stayed late to accommodate me. Garrett was on time, very professional and made me feel completely at ease. I highly recommend Garrett Manry for massage therapy, hands-down, he is the best!

Truly amazing massage. I have looked all over for a decent LMT and have paid insane prices at other “high end spas” and have never experienced a massage as good as the one provided by Garrett. Money very well spent!! I also received a response almost immediately after my initial inquiry. Very accommodating and professional. Truly superlative!!

Garrett is absolutely the most detailed oriented and thorough licensed massage therapist I have ever been to! He really cared about my feeling better! He did an awesome pre-massage question session that he asked me about all my stress factors. He didn't "watch the clock" like most massage therapists do! He didn't let me leave until I truly felt better! Do yourself a favor and book a massage with him! I will be back soon!

Garrett provides awesome massage and awesome customer service. I've been to dozens of massage therapists trying to find the right one and Garrett is the best. The prices are also very affordable, which allows me to go in more often. I recommend Garrett to all of my family and friends and would suggest you give him a try!
