Mary Beth has been cutting my hair for about 8 years. I came in today with pictures of a completely different hair style, much shorter, a mature pixie style. She absolutely nailed my new hair style. She did an amazing job. She is so very talented. If you want an amazing cut, ask for Mary Beth. She always runs on time. She is always in a good mood. She won't disappoint.

A hair salon like this shouldn’t have unprofessional people washing hair after coloring. The second time this person does bad job and very rude. When the girl was washing my hair she left the hair dirty & was very rough scrubbing.

I have been a client at the salon for some time now so when it came time to make an appointment for my mom, I knew, without a doubt, this was where she should go. My mother started chemo recently and made the decision to shave her head before the chemo could take her hair from her and I wanted her to have a good experience in doing so. To say that I am overwhelmed by the kindness and compassion shown by her stylist, Lily, and the rest of the staff at Gary Charles would be an understatement! They allowed us privacy and Lily made what was an emotional event, a truly enjoyable experience. Everyone was kind, compassionate, and caring. My mother left with a smile on her face, instead of tears in her eyes. I knew that the staff and stylists at GC were great, but they truly went above and beyond and I cannot express my gratitude enough!

Lauren is the absolute best!! I have two very picky teenage sons that go to her, one with very curly hair. Lauren does not disappoint, my boys will only go to her for their haircuts. Thank you!!!

I recently decided on a whim to try this salon, over the years many friends recommended Gary Charles and I regret not going sooner! They are a very friendly welcoming group from the receptionist to the stylist Chelsea who listened to all my concerns . I will definitely be returning!

Elle did such a great job on my haircut, she took her time cut some wet then blew dry and straightened my hair & cut it again to make sure it was the length I wanted! Great job! I will be back and see Elle only from now on! Also Holly and Lauren are great to!

I went to this establishment about two weeks ago. First it was super easy to schedule and I was schedule for the next day. The salon smells gorgeous. The stylist were all very professional and made the whole experience very special. They did a retouch of highlights and I can say the results were fantastic. My hair looks so much healthy after the haircut. Well deserved 5 starts.

It was my 3rd time there at the salon a good friend highly recommend the salon after my usual salon over charged me. First time Morgan went over and beyond and at a fraction I was charged prior, 2nd visit late fall I wanted to go darker for the winter we discussed and presented pictures of what I had in mind brown with copper low-light, I left as a ginger but was oh well it looks good though it wasn’t what was discussed. 3rd visit I said for the summer let’s go back to the blond highlights and the copper lowlights. I left went home and seen the gray that I walked in there with had spread throughout. I’m b like what the hell. So being I don’t like to complain and I really like Morgan I’ll just deal take it on the chin, but every time I looked into the mirror I got mad because I spent $120 to look more gray my friend seen it and said it is horrible that I need to call them to fix it. So I called and the girl said that I had 2 weeks to get it fix . Today would had been 2 weeks unfortunately we will not be able to help me, but I can schedule an appointment for you. I said for me to pay again to have it fix. I said f$$k no. I’ll just go back to my old salon pay double at least I’ll walk out looking right. I just could not believe they would not honor their policy being it was the last day of the 2week policy deadline. What kind of operation are they running there. Well it was nice while it last and I guest all good things must come to end😢

Taylor is the best by far she is one of the only colorist that I’ll ever let touch my hair. The salon it’s self has an amazing atmosphere and the girls are so nice . I appreciate the way girls help you with what ever you need and make you feel super comfortable to communicate anything. I totally give them a 10/10 Again TAYLOR IS SERIOUSLY THE BEST!

First time customer. I love this place and only wish I had found it sooner. I can't say enough about the fantastic service that I received there, from the shampoo (what a scalp massage), the color, by Duffy and the cut/style by Brittany. My hair was a mess when I entered the salon; long and dried out and damaged, bleached with brassy roots. When I left I had a beautiful ash blonde color from foil highlights, with a toner by Duffy and a lovely, soft, conditioned and classy cut/style from Brittany. I'd give them 10 stars! Also, I had a great time! Kudos to this salon...they know how to do it right!

I've been coming to Gary Charles for a couple of years now and I love it because they have -Deva Cut-stylists for the natural curly girls here. I see Lauren and she always does a fabulous job on my hair. She listens and makes you feel comfortable in her chair. I'm over the moon with the last cut she did because we went in an even more defined cut to help with volume and she NAILED IT! This is my spot and any naturalistas should definitely check this place out ✨️ xoxo

My experience at this salon was amazing and all around the best experience i’ve had with a salon. My hair colorist, Emily, was really kind and patient with me. I’ve never had my hair colored before my visit, so she was thorough in showing me the colors I could choose and explaining how they would fit on my complexion and blend with my hair. She decided to do a demi permanent hair dye on me and the results were better than I ever imagined. I am obsessed with the results and I would not hesitate to come back again. The salon atmosphere is comfortable and everyone seems to enjoy their job. I have already recommended this salon to multiple friends. 10/10!

Sandy cuts my hair and Kristy is my color pro. Always on time and easy to get appointments within 2 weeks. The late hours help me out a lot! Even after I moved a little further away I continue to come back to these ladies. Definitely worth the drive.
