I’ve been frequenting this establishment for several months. The staff is friendly, space is clean, and the environment is relaxing and welcoming. I usually get a gel manicure with a regular manicure. What I initially thought was a once in a while mishap, has become the normal experience. While my pedicures are lasting the acceptable timeframe, I’ve noticed my gel manicures are barely making it to a week. I visited on NYE and within a few days, one nail’s polish began to lift and peel. Now it’s 6days later, and 3 nails have peeled, with a few others that have nail polish lifting as well. For the price, this should not be happening. This is what I would expect for a regular manicure. I must note I use gloves to wash dishes (even used gloves to wash my child’s hair over the weekend). However, the polish still isn’t lasting. I really do love this place, but I cannot justify wasting money :(

I got a manicure and pedicure with no polish, I just had them clean up my nails, and I paid over $60 and honestly, they didn’t do a very good job. The nail tech was very pleasant, the salon is pretty, it’s just not worth the price in my opinion.

Gorgeous space and very kind service! They’re always very sweet and for that I was hesitant to write a negative review. I’m just bummed that my gel manicure here never seems to last more than a week. This last time around, my nail color began to chip after just 3 days! Maybe it’s because they use all natural methods, but still pricier than other locations for a manicure that doesn’t last a week. :(

I don't know why they didn't ask me to pay first. My nails were not dry enough and at least 3 of them were ruined. Also the technician was not very careful she missed so much. I might be one of the last customers but they should be so sloppy. I don't have a lot of options in this neighborhood but I will try to avoid coming back

I’ve been here 5 times, spent around $700 on manicures and pedicures (not including tips). Each time I went my service went down. My last time going, my nail tech placed my feet in freezing water. I wanted to wait until it was hot but she was impatient so I settled with Luke warm. My exfoliating foot massage was short and for my manicure she didn’t give me a complimentary shoulder and back massage. That happened twice! I had to watch 3 other women get wonderful service while I am a returning customer that received poor service. It’s inconsistent and I felt discriminated against.

First time here via recommendation. They’ve got a customer for life. Great atmosphere, no smelling of chemicals. Alex was my nail stylist , she was great and gave a great complimentary massage.

I wanted to love this place so bad, however my gel manicure only lasted 2days for $57.00 plus tip. Yes, this place has a great vibe, but the manicure does not last long at all.

Establishment is extremely inviting , Decor is industrial. Very Clean. You are welcomed with a smile plus either Tea or water. My First visit was last Thursday 5-30. My manicure still looks wonderful. Plus the massage at end was the most relaxing treat. The very sweet woman that took care of me Olga was informative , Friendly. Prices are adequate with service. My Very happy self found a New Salon blocks away from home & I’m happy !!! Gracias.

The salon was generally inviting and the staff were friendly but the manicure wasn’t great. The nail tech made me bleed when she did my cuticles and left a visible gap between the beginning of my nail bed and the polish. The tech also shaped my nails unevenly.

The space is nice, but this is my third and last visit. I always leave with cuts and scratches. I had Jenifer this time, she took the skin off my finger with a buffer, pushed the stick under the nail and scratched my shin. Way too rough. I didn’t want to leave a bad review, so I tried to call and no one picked up and there is no website and I don’t use Instagram. Going back to Primp and Polish.

I was in search of a nail salon for a mani and pedi. I saw this place on google and figured I’d give it a try as it had pretty high ratings. This salon has a relaxing ambience and the staff were polite. I was offered tea or water upon sitting in the chair in preparation for my pedi. I’m not too sure how sanitary this place is! As I was about to get my pedicure, I noticed there was a piece of hair floating in the water that clearly wasn’t my hair along with what looked like residue from whatever . As I told the young lady before I stuck my toes in the water she just proceeded to swipe the hair away. So I inquired was this ( basin/tub) sanitized prior she says oh I’ll do it again. As she did sanitize the area she attempted to start my pedi with the same gloves she just finished cleaning with! (As I politely corrected that, this yet another strike ) Once my area was actually sanitized, I watched as other people got pedicures and the next person hop right into the seat without the area being sanitized. Pre and post pandemic this is a no no for me! Overall once the sanitizing situation was taken care of, my mani and pedi was good and I didn’t feel rushed. I really want to like and recommend this place to my friends and family but they need to do better at sanitizing and not just rinsing things out and or off in between customers.

Linda gave me the best pedicure I’ve ever had in my life! This location feels very elevated and has a lot of nice touches. They offer you tea or water upon sitting down and take the extra step to really care for the integrity of your nails rather than rushing to get through as many services as possible. Gel pedicure- $57 Regular pedicure- $37 Callus treatment- $15

Not good, do nothing about your cuticles. Don’t shape nails great. Don’t put the gel up high so looks grown out by day 2. Give you tea when you sit but don’t think that the gel particles flying around as they remove your gel are going into the drink. This place looks great on the inside but not good at all.

Very kind attentive service and clean environment. They don’t offer acrylics so there is not harsh smell which I appreciate. Nice relaxed vibe and loyalty program, better to tip in cash so come prepared. 5 stars!

Beyond amazing experience and environment. The touch of a quick shoulder massage after your nails and hot tea if you want is so amazing! The staff is kind, diligent, and very efficient. This is my favorite nail salon I have come across in some time!

I tried this place out a few weeks ago. Wanted to see how my nails did before giving a rating. My gel always chipped from my other place but didn’t chip once the whole time I had this set in. They’re really clean, offer a complimentary massage and tea during your service and their prices are affordable. I’ll be a returning customer

They didn't touch cuticles.. like it's not their problem.. they don't even speak English to explain what your problem is.. don't recommend this place. If you ever had good nail salon experience you'll be very disappointed!
