NO NO! Spend your money somewhere else. I got a massage, and when I told them it was more of a rub and 4 minutes was spent on my back when I purchased a back massage. The owner told me she couldn't help me because she would still have to pay her therapist. I then requested my money back. She tells me, "No, call your bank and dispute the charge." That's fraud! She says, "Oh well." I'll be taking this further than just a negative review.

Recibí mi masaje profundo ayer y me siento muchísimo mejor, tenia mucho dolor en mi cuello y espalda y después del masaje, dormí mejor que nunca y el dolor es mínimo. Gema es muy profesional y es excelente. Recomendada al 100 %

Gemma was amazing !!! I just had plastic surgery and she did my massages . She is so knowledgeable and helped take my drains out and answered all of my questions. I definitely recommend her !

I don't recommend this Spa. Purchased a Groupon and owner canceled 2 appts. The third appt I show up the owner isn't there and neither is employee who was suppose to give the massage. Excuses ok fine once. Owner tried to blame me for being hard to get a hold of. 3rd appt day no texts no missed calls. Very unprofessional. The place answers the phone hello, like it is a personsl call.

This place in mine and my daughters experience is very unprofessional! I bought a massage for my daughter's b-day thru groupon, back in May. She was so excited! She then went and bought me one in the same place so we could get one tog. The night bef. we had our appointm., she got a text that they would only have one therapist to come in that Sat., so we were allowed to postpone our appointm till this Saturday, at 11 a.m. and were told when we came in today, there would be 2 therapist so her and I could get one tog.. My daughter and I were there today at 11 a.m. like scheduled. No one was there and so we called,and an hr. later a lady opened the door. Now it was noon. At that time 2 other ladies came that were set for a massage too, also at 11 A.M. but still only one therapist for all 4 of us. My daughter did not want too wait all day, when were there promptly at 11 am. for our turn w this one therapist, so we had to leave. Now understand I CAME FROM NORTH PORT, WHICH WAS OVER AN HR. AWAY, and she from Pt CHARLOTTE. WE WERE VERY DISPOINTED IN THIS KIND OF UNPROFESSIONALISM. There was no contact in any way like the previous week, to tell us don't bother coming againnnnn!

Worse massage I've EVER had! NOT at ALL deep tissue! Asked three times for more pressure. Never happened! I asked her to stop this little tapping thing on my skin she was doing because it was feeling weird and not at all like a massage but she didn't stop. It felt like anyone could have done a better job! If I'd of not been on the table I would of walked out. It made me sick to hand over money for a very unsatisfying experience. Go somewhere/anywhere else!

I would give ten stars if I could! I went for a lymphatic drainage massage after my recent surgery and I feel so great! I wish I would have found her sooner! Very sweet and professional with the hands of an angel! Highly recommend and I will be back :)

So Relaxing, clean and reasonable! I flew into Ft. Myers to help my elderly Aunt. I was cleaning out her condo all day; I was hot, sweaty, tired, sore and felt dusty. I went out for a walk and noticed GEMA MED SPA. So glad I wandered in! Even though it was an hour before closing time, they graciously greeted me and were eager to have me as a new client. I went for an hour massage and it was amazing. I felt the weight of the day melt off & my muscles felt lighter! The facility was new, clean and calming. I felt so good that I returned the next morning for a facial which was just as amazing! My skin was brighter, clean and felt great. True Professionals at GEMA! Because it was International Women's Day, the owner gave me a $20 gift certificate! What great service and 'PR." I have to fly back to Ft. Myers tomorrow and definitely plan on going back to GEMA MED SPA for another professional, amazing, relaxing service!
