I’m writing this review as a returning client! This is my second time going to Gemelli spa & Beauty and love my results both times that I’ve gone. I will continue to come here because I love their service, Luz is very professional, friendly, thorough with her work and very communicative with her clients to make sure they get their desired result. They make sure you are comfortable throughout the process, and a bonus is that they have good pricing. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for something new!

This place is amazing,I got a mens facial with Jani,she's awesome and the spa was very clean and inviting.The tea they give you at the end is a perfect treat.Highly recommend Gemelli.

Gemelli Apa always makes me feel at home! I’ve been there twice with a bachelorette spa day and my anniversary and they welcome me and my guests with complimentary snacks and drinks! The massage is amazing and very relaxing! Very clean and pretty. And the best prices! Will always come here!

This place is amazing. I feel like a princess whenever I go. The staff are very nice and attend to you well. When I need to treat myself, this is where I go. Treat yo self!

This was an incredible and relaxing spa experience! Took my best friend and I for her birthday celebration and the Gemelli team took care of us like family! We were welcomed warmly and received rejuvenating massages, beautiful pedicure, and haircut. 100% recommend! Excellent service. I got a wonderful facial with Jani. My skin feels so smooth and hydrated. I also got a Swedish massage with Marcelo. My neck pain melted away. Highly recommended!

My husband and I had our first massage at Gemelli Spa in Cimmeron. It was awesome! Marcelo was our masseuse and did an excellent job. He was very professional and we were both very comfortable with him. We both had the deep tissue massage and he not only provided that but also did some much needed stretches. Following the massage , Marcelo provided us with delicious hot tea and a bite of yummy chocolate. I would definitely recommend that you check it out.

i came here with my mom and my sister to get pedicures and they came out beautiful!! They were both very nice and they also offered drinks and snacks throughout our stay. The nail tech did a very good job and the owner was very welcoming! we will be coming back again.

Today we treated the family to their first time ever pedicures. Customer service was amazing friendliness of the owner and the staff was Off the charts. I highly recommend this place.

Went in on a Tuesday afternoon around 1pm. First time visiting. I needed a pedi, just the basic. I had to be done in an hour, place was empty so no problem there. Got the basic pedi, started at $45. A little much in my opinion for the basics but no problem. I asked for gel polish since it dries quick and the worker said it would be an extra charge. At all the salons I’ve been to here in EP it’s been around $10 bucks, again okay but she didn’t specify price. She nicked my pinky toe with something, it didn’t draw blood but it stung a little. Went to check out and it was $20 for gel….my basic run of the mill pedi was $70 bucks before tip. So, plus tip(yes, even though I was nicked I still tipped) it was almost $90 dollars. I don’t think I’ll go back because of the outrageous gel charge alone. It’s a really cute place, and the ladies were very welcoming and nice.

I had the best massage of my life at this place! Marcelo did an amazing job with the upper body relaxation massage. Have never had a massage quite like this. He combined stretches while massaging at the same time and it felt amazing for my upper back. Janni did an amazing job with my facial and she was super kind and helpful! I will definitely be back here very soon. If you are looking for a place to have a massage or facial I definitely recommend this place. Let the the owner was so nice and welcoming. I look forward to my next visit.

This is my third time trying to visit this location during their open hours they have posted. Each time doors are locked, phones ring but no one answers and it’s closed when their door shows their open hours. If it’s shut down perhaps applying a sign would be nice or updating your website, it causes a wasted trip for people who really do need these services. If you are sluggish and horrible at time management then maybe you should fire your employees and find ones or as the manager appropriately shut the place down until you figure out how to be a good leader and manager by being on time. Just a little feedback since it’s the only massage available at cimarron. Otherwise it would be nice for a nicer more well timed and managed location to be in this area. Photo below of you lol closely at the clock and her door. #businessfail I did go back and they were open except for the nail salon. But my massage did go really well (which is why I’ll add a star) besides the sauna being turned off early when I requested to use the sauna after. The massage itself was great but as an owner of there are specifics on your schedule it would still be nice for you to accompany that clearly on the door or your website if it is a specific appointment only on days you show open. Just some feedback that will be courteous to customers who have no acknowledgment and aware of your schedule and need services in a quick period of time. Little details can truly make a great difference and be a respectful and encouraging help to customers.
