This appointment was a gift from my daughter for Christmas and she was just as disappointed as I was. The employees were welcoming and the owner was the one who did my hair. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and I came out almost bald 😔 and the picture I showed her is on her website. I came in with a head full of hair and left much much shorter than the picture. I wasn't expecting it to look exactly but at least close to it but it was nooooo where near what I wanted . The third picture is what I wanted and the other 2 is what I received 😔

The atmosphere is professional and comfortable. They consistently keep that standard! I’ve never experienced anything less and love how love rest in this salon; from the owner to the staff, to the clients they serve. If you are looking for a new salon or stylist, this is the place to be. You won’t be disappointed and so glad you decided to come.

Wow!!! The first word that comes to mind when I think about my experience. The entire staff is amazing!! Today was my first visit; however, I did not feel like a stranger. My entire experience from beginning to end was done in excellence. I will certainly be back!! Thank you, Lori 🙌🏾

I just love this shop. Very friendly and respectful environment. The owner takes infection control serious. They allow walk in's and the hair will never fail you. Everyone she hires is the same way. I travel 2.5 hours one way just to go get my hair done from where I live. They get 10 stars from me ❤️‍🔥

I used Gemelos’ hair products, and I LOVED them!! I have several products, and so far I have used the hydration spray, and the shampoo and conditioner. I have dry, fine hair. My ends are the most dry. When I used the hydration spray, I could smell all of the natural ingredients. After spraying my hair with just 2 sprays, the difference in how my hair felt was incredible. It was so soft and smooth. I couldn’t believe it! I just used the shampoo and conditioner, and again, my hair felt so soft as I ran my fingers through it while applying both products. I’m so thankful to have natural products to use in my hair. I’m definitely hooked! Thank you, Lori and team! 👍😊

Heard a lot about this place it is not what it is cracked up to be came in to get a style and perm my face and ears was burnt my hair was very dry and overprocessed my hair was very rushed it was not the quality that I expected I will never come here again or refer Anyone else.
