This place is what I imagine getting a massage would be like at an outdoor hospital in NYC. Sterile and loud with constant noise and ring alarm notifications from Barber Shop next door. No music or white noise… and worker stopped message a half dozen times to take phone calls. Phone didn’t stop ringing for the 90 minutes I was there. Couldn’t have been less relaxing. I booked a Thai massage but got a standard deep tissue because worker speaks English about as well as I speak Chinese and no idea what I was asking for. And to add insult to injury she doesn’t seem to know how to work her technology. I returned to my car to find out square labeled me a no show for the appointment I booked online. She was nice enough and the massage I did get was a 6/10. But I wouldn’t go back and suggest you go somewhere else.

The place was ultimately pretty uninviting, and the smoke shop next doors’ subpar rap music was playing throughout the entire building during the massage which was distracting. However, the massage itself was amazing and very thorough

Love this place! I go here once a month and I always do cupping because I like how refreshing yet relaxed it makes me feel, allowing me to get back into my busy and active schedule the next day. Ada is amazing at what she does and she is so sweet and kind! It’s always worth the price, this place and their other locations are the best. Thank you all so much!

I had a massage here. The masseuse didn't speak English well enough to understand parts of the body for focus or intensity (legs, harder, etc.). The atmosphere was horrible for a massage. It is next door to a barber shop where they were playing loud music, talking and yelling, and so the relaxing music that the store played could not come close to masking the near party next door. Other Gemini locations have been great, such as when I got a couples thai massage at the winter springs location (that was great). Stay away from this location.

My husband and I came here for a couple massage. I believe the price point is very well priced. The massage therapists asked us what areas we wanted to focus on and type of pressure. We've been to a few places and this is probably top or second best massage we've ever had. My husband said the therapist that worked in him was able to find knots and work on them rather than just moving on to other areas like most places would do. I only saw one. Negative review: about the music next door in the barbershop. Yes, we could kind of hear it but it didn't take away from our experience. Would highly recommend and we will return.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Liu Massage for as long as they’ve been open. The owner, Ada, is friendly and professional, and the massages are always relaxing. I highly recommend Liu Massage!

This is truly a hidden treasure!!! I have been coming to see Ada for at least 2 years but stop going due to the Covid. I have been working from home and the constant sitting really took a toll on my back so much so that I could not move because of a pinched nerve. I called to see if Ada was open and Thank God she was still there. Ada worked a miracle on my back and I am able to walk again. I’ll be going back again very soon. Thank you so much Ada!!!

Absolutely amazing. I have chronic pain in my entire back so massage has been out of the question for me until now. This wonderful lady,Ada, is a miracle worker. I mean it! She is able to massage my pain away. I have had other massages around here and there, you know those franchises… I always left in more pain than when I arrived. Not with Liu Massage. I find that I am usually pain free, for the most part, until my next appointment. Highly recommend for anyone whether you have pain or just love a nice relaxing massage. Great atmosphere too. Love this place.

Ada is great, but she had a new lady. The new Asian lady gave me a very very painful massage. She dug into me and even told me it would hurt. No thanks. I won’t go back.

I don't know what her name is but the lady who gives massages there is the best. I've never had a better massage from a mall, or from a legit massage parlor like massage envy. I'd give ten stars if I could. Amazing. ❤️

I start a new job teaching tomorrow and ended up getting a powder manicure and a pedicure along with my eyebrows done. This place is absolutely fantastic and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Super happy right now.

My toe nails came out looking good, HOWEVER, my finger nails look like a 5y did them! They're uneven and misshapen. I had to correct her multiple times but after being there for 2hrs, I was ready to leave. It was clear that she didn't know what she was doing because I also showed her reference pictures. Definitely will not be returning and don't recommend it

Went there with my daughter on 29th or 30th of Dec 2018 as they had a mani pedi special going on. I opted for gel paying 20 more on top of it. Sadly the manicure did not last 3 full days, regular pedi was OK till yesterday. I was so disappointed ☹️ it felt like a complete waste of money. The staffs are nice and it’s a fairly clean facility but 50 dollars plus tip for 3 days not worth it. At the end of 3 days they all peeled in half. It just came off damaging my nails, I didn’t even have to use acetone or foil or anything. I could not add pictures from my phone. I was planning to go back for a dip manicure because of the courtesious technicians. But I don’t think I’ll.
