I can’t say enough amazing things about Kay at Gentle Cloud! This was hands-down the best massage of my life. Kay worked magic and managed to get out a knot in my back that no one else has ever been able to touch. Her technique is incredible, and you can truly feel the care and expertise she puts into her massage. I walked out feeling like a brand-new person. If you're looking for someone who listens to your needs and delivers beyond expectations, Kay is the one. Highly, highly recommend!

I love the massage here, the massage therapists are really good and knowledge in what they are doing, I usually get deep massage for helping with breakdown and release all the knots in my lower back n shoulders cause from sitting position so long of my office job. The office is clean and organized, and located in nice area. Highly recommended.

Long trip by train from Connecticut to NYC to Chicago then Portland. Very satisfied with the professionalism and health and wellness attributes that promotes therapeutic massages. Very clean, in a robust area. Highly recommend to travelers and sports participants.

Wow, I had such a fantastic experience with Kay Kay at Gentle Cloud Spa! After following on Instagram, I reached out to see if she could get me in within an hour's notice due to some severe back pain. Kay Kay did an excellent, transformative massage, really working through all the knots and kinks and pushing me to my limit to have the best end result. The location was also clean with a cute massage room. I'll be back!

ask for mae! she crawled on my back and it was a-mae-zing! i will for sure be back. they are new to the village and that makes it all perfect for me. i can walk there. i rarely get body work, so maybe i'm not the best reviewer, but i kneaded it and i feel great today, if a tiny bit sore, and i could tell that mae knew anatomy and i felt like i was with a caring expert. and as one would expect, both employees were super nice! and lighting, cool cloud lighting. and a bowl of candy. i highly recommend!

Best massage I've ever had!! I have a lot of tension, back pain and migraines. The deep Tissue massage and Thai Yoga Massage are AMAZING and keep my body loose so I can continue to do my job. Get the 90 min. because you won't want it to stop I promise you. If you have never experienced Thai Yoga massage, get it done here. You just lay there, and she very expertely stretches you in every way imaginable. So, so good for your body!

I have been coming to Kay for deep tissue massages for six months now due to neck and back pain and soreness due to having poor posture at work. After 3 or 4 sessions, I noticed a significant improvement in terms of pain and soreness reduction. She is extremely thorough and professional. Keep in mind that she may really challenge you with some of the stretches that she has you do but it’s for your own good and to loosen the muscles. I cannot recommend her enough.

Kay is an amazing therapist and esthetician ! My husband is a chef and caring a lot of tensions on his back. He has Tuina massage and cupping once a month and helps him relax the muscles tension. I had a great facial and I love the results. My face looks rejuvenated, smooth and brightened.

Kay Kay is a masseuse par excellence. I went in for back pain. Gone in a few hours. Same with a stiff neck. She is personable and always obliging. A sweet person. Try the “cupping.” It feels so good and leaves those cool rings on your back.
