I bought a gift card for a massage right before Christmas for my son. When he went to schedule an appointment they said they have no massage therapist working there now. I called to ask when this service was not longer available I was told the massage therapist quit in early fall. And “because of Covid” they are having a hard time finding a new one. I was sold this card with them knowing they could not provide this service. I asked for a refund and have not had anyone contact me. Said he could use the card for another service such as a cut or product. I told her he shaves his head. And I want a refund.

My ‘Senior Craftsman’ (woman) did a nice job, but I had major, major league sticker shock! $45+ tip for a 72 year old bald man! I blame myself for not asking, but Zheesh. Seems like they are going to adjust the price down a bit, but I won’t make that mistake again!

Started going here about 4 haircuts ago. Have had Christina and Kaitlyn and both have done my hair and beard perfectly everytime. Very personable too! Clean, nice looking place, highly recommended.

Caitlyn was so patient and welcoming with my 15 yr old son! We needed a master stylist, to achieve the look he wanted, and Caitlyn got it right! We both left there very happy! We will keep driving an hour every 6 weeks to see her!!! Thanks again, Caitlyn!

Great place! I moved to Louisville recently from Canada,. I went to a few barbershops ,but I was not happy with them. I choose this place according to the reviews, and I couldn't be more happier. thanks Caitlyn . She was great. My son and I was very happy with our hair cut today

Miss Angie did my four year olds hair perfectly!!!!! And his hair is NOT easy to do and he was moving all over and it looks fly as hell! If you want a place to make your husband or kids look fresh this is it!

Uriah was awesome! She was patient and asked questions to ensure an excellent cut! After the cut was complete, she shampooed and styled my hair to double check that I loved the results! She was also very personable and easy to talk to; my expectations were exceeded!
