Wow! Kristina is AMAZING. After years of not getting my lashes done I decided to give them another try and I am so happy I chose Kristina, she was so attentive and made sure I felt comfortable during the whole process. She even checked in with me a few days later to make sure I was feeling comfortable with my lashes. I am going on week 2 with them on and they still look like they did on day 1. I cannot recommend her & her studio enough.

I had an amazing experience at this beauty studio! Kristina did a fantastic job with my eyebrows and eyelashes. She is incredibly attentive to her customers, making sure to use high-quality materials and focusing on the best possible results. I will definitely be coming back even if it means driving a few hours to get my eyebrows and eyelashes done here again. It’s not that easy to find such good service in LA. The studio is also very clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. On top of that, Kristina is such a pleasant person to talk to. I highly recommend!!!

I love this place. Kristina is helping me grow out and get the brows of my dreams. She never takes too much off but keeps them looking well groomed and clean! She always makes it effortless for me with after care. As in the past, wherever I’ve gone before, they’d take too much of my eyebrows and change shape drastically, so afterwards I’d get hooked for services every 2-3 weeks and I couldn’t do it alone. With Kristina, I do it once in 5 weeks and my eyebrows look better than ever. I've also gotten a lamination from her. Which is 10 out of 10. Not only is she a true artist, but a very nice and sweet human being.

Kristina is THE BEST for so many reasons. I've been seeing her for at least 2 years now (for Brazillians), while my initial visit was just because she was the closest to me (and convenience is important to me), I haven't seen anyone else in over 2 years and even after her move from Studio City to the west side, I make it a point to drive to her because she is incredible at what she does. She is so quick, helpful along the way, knowledgable about aftercare, and a pleasure to be around. The end product is always flawless. She will be your new go-to!

Absolute BEST studio on the West Side. Both me and my sister were going to Kristina for years! She has a wonderful sugaring technique, the pain is always minimal. She goes above and beyond to explain the entire process and to make sure that youre doing good. We also recently started getting our eyebrows done with her. She uses henna which is a non toxic option to die our eyebrow hair and she helped us to regrow most of our eyebrow hair that was overplucked and asymmetric. Cant recommend her enough!

I wanted to share my experience with Kristina. She's truly amazing! I've had several lash extensions done by her, and each time has been fantastic. I have a slight difference in the size of my eyes, and she immediately noticed and addressed it during my first consultation. The result was perfect lashes that I absolutely loved. Highly recommend!!! Can’t say enough good things. I found Christina about 2 years ago and I refuse to go anywhere else. She’s super professional, flexible and efficient with her time. She cares about her clients and wants them to leave feeling their best! The services are done well and fast. No ingrown hairs and as long as you’re consistent, you do see a difference in how fast your hair grows back. She is educated in what she does, and will always give you advice on caring for your skin after sugaring. She does lashes too!! Recently I got my lashes done with her. This is a service that takes some time, but it’s SO WORTH IT! While you’re there she will make sure you’re comfortable and play the music you want to listen to. It was a comfortable experience! My lashes have lasted me 5 weeks now and they still look great! I don’t have any missing lashes or gaps that make me look crazy. Definitely give this place a try!

WOW!!! Is this how Brazilians are supposed to feel? Kristina truly transformed my experience. She has gained a customer for life. I've never had an aesthetician who showed such remarkable attention to detail, demonstrated patience, and even took moments to check in on me. Working with Kristina at GENTLE.studio is an absolute pleasure. This girl has the most comforting presence and most gentle approach. She always makes sure the hair removal pain is bearable, explains everything step by step, takes time to show how sterilized and clean all her supplies and equipment are ( which is a must for me) and just makes the entire process very smooth and easy. I never had an issue with ingrown hairs after Kristina’s work ( trust me I struggled before I found her) and my hair got way thinner and sparse already after first appointment with her. Can’t recommend enough! 10 out of 10!!
