Claimed they couldn’t find my gift certificate in the “new” system. The certificate which I showed read it doesn’t have an expiration date. She tells me that they are under new management and will not accept any certificate sold under old management. Hello….. I’m not in a hurry to use something that doesn’t expire! Shame on this business for not honoring what has been payed for. To top it off the person I spoke to could care less and was very condescending. Good thing there are many other spa choices in this city. Don’t waste your money here. Go to Eden Spa. They are HONEST and do a fabulous job.

I went to Germantown Day Spa for a little bachelorette trip with some of my bridesmaids and let me just say it was a WONDERFUL experience!!! The staff were so welcoming and so sweet. I got a facial with dermaplaning with Cassie and she was the sweetest and was so gentle! I got a massage from Jason and he was extremely professional and there was never a time I was ever uncomfortable. He was so sweet and was overall a really great person! I will definitely be back!

Tori gives an excellent deep tissue massage! She has really helped me with joint and muscle pain. I get so relaxed that sometimes I fall asleep! I can highly recommend her !

I have had two Virtue RF (microneedling) sessions with Ashley Riggs and the results are incredible. When I came for my consultation, Ashley promised that the procedure would make me look 10 years younger and she did not exaggerate. My face looks fuller and my skin is beautiful again. Ashley has been fantastic from the very first consultation and all throughout the sessions. She is the ultimate professional who executes her craft with precision and incredible knowledge. She truly cares about her clients, gives the best product and procedure recommendations, and is definitely the top esthetician in Memphis, who also teaches throughout the US. That is an added bonus in giving me the absolut confidence that she will take superlative care of my skin. I highly recommend her and Germantown Day Spa. Definitely the best full-service spa in the city!

I tried this day spa for a second time and was annoyed and underwhelmed. I've never had a massage where the person sat down the entire time. I asked for attention to a specific part of my back and was rubbed and rocked like they were trying to wake me through the blanket. When time came for my back the covers were snatched off exposing me to a very cold room with no warning. I basically had someone rubbing lotion on different parts of my body then wiping it off with a warm towel. The ladies working there are sweet but I feel like my money and time were wasted.

I have always had a great experience at Germantown Day Spa. This classy establishment offers so much from hair, nails, massage, and facials. I just finished a deep tissue massage with Jason and it was amazing!! He was so professional and kind, and gave a proper deep tissue massage. I will absolutely be coming back to see him and highly recommend him for anyone looking for a great massage! The spa is very clean and relaxing. Thanks for consistently good experiences!

I have been seeing Ashley Riggs for acne scar tissue improvement (CO2 Cool Peel which is a laser treatment) at Germantown Day Spa. She is the most knowledgeable person I have seen that work with lasers and I have seen a few in other cities (such as Pittsburgh's Skin Center) as well for the same issue. After seeing her and using this method, I have seen the most results from this treatment. She has done miracles for my acne scars. I have seen a major improvement in my acne scars. I would recommend her for any laser treatment at Germantown Day Spa.

If you need to get Botox and filler, go see Jessica! She is really knowledgeable about what she does. She communicates well and listens to your concerns. On the top of that, she has a bright personality, very funny and kind.

I started going to see Courtney Goff a massage therapist at Germantown Day Spa a few months ago. I have a health condition that leaves my back very tense and no amount of stretching will help with alleviating the tense nature of my back. She not only listened to me but has catered to my needs as they tend to be different than others due to my health condition. I really appreciate that she has taken a "let's start this process slow" to my health and healing and she never pushes me to do more than what I should or what is helpful. Can't recommend her enough. Thankful for the relief she gives me! :)

I always schedule a relaxing massage with Courtney Goff and she always does amazing. If I ask her to focus on specific areas or knots, she always knocks them out for me. I have a lot of neck problems and she fully resets me until my next visit. She has even cured my flared up carpal tunnel. Today I had hot stones. LET ME TELL YOU! It was the most relaxing massages ever. My neck pain was gone within the first 10min of the massage. Highly recommend her. The spa itself is beautiful and everyone is so nice. 10/10 you need to go treat yourself.

I feel like a new woman! I just had a wonderful massage from Courtney. This was my first time at GDS and I was overwhelmed by the beautiful and tranquil environment. Courtney was amazing and was so attentive to my requests. She asked me several times about the pressure and made sure she addressed my trouble spots. She even found spots I didn’t realize were trouble. I have lower back issues and she worked on it and I feel better than I have in months. She met me quickly in the waiting room and made sure I felt welcome and offered me a mimosa. Being overweight and she is a young cutie, she did not make me feel out of place or uncomfortable. I will go back for sure. I totally recommend Courtney to anyone needing some relaxation. She is the best and the entire staff was very friendly.

I had the pleasure of receiving the worst massage I’ve ever had on May 2, 2023. The atmosphere is nice and they offer you a beverage. However, the massage was terrible. Courtney confirmed I had scheduled a deep tissue massage. The pressure was nonexistent to light, at best. She didn’t focus on the areas of concern that she asked me about in the beginning. Most of the time was spent literally just rubbing lotion onto my skin. No pressure, no intention. I kept thinking this was a bad joke that wouldn’t end. It was a waste of everyone’s time and my money and I would’ve gotten up off the table, but I didn’t want to be rude. I’m still shocked at how horrible the massage was. By far, the laziest massage ever. Now, I’m forced to find another place to actually get a deep tissue massage. Disappointed because the atmosphere is great.

I love this spa but they cannot accommodate me anymore. Told them i needed a private room or area to get my hair done and the person at the desk was very rude about it and made me feel so uncomfortable just for asking for a request. Now i need a new salon.

It’s always nice to be a queen for the day, and this is the place to do it. Between the massage, the fabulous hair salon, nails/ pedis, facials, even laser services. This place is top tier. They even order you lunch if you want to have a spa day with your friends, or just by yourself. Customer service is excellent, and every department is full of super stars!

The atmosphere at this day spa is fantastic. The entire staff is friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Courtney for a great massage experience. She is attentive to your needs and areas of concern. She takes her time working areas with both deep and lighter pressure as needed. I especially enjoy the hot stone treatment and always come out feeling relaxed and rejuvenated! Go see her, you won’t be disappointed!
