Terrible place! The girls who work there are very unprofessional and lack manners. They don’t know how to do their job properly or treat customers with respect. Instead, they are constantly talking loudly to each other, making it feel like a literal chicken farm in this nail salon. Moreover, the same ladies own a small shop next door, which has no workers inside. Every time a customer goes into that shop, they interrupt the nail procedure to go serve them. I gave this nail salon two tries. My first visit for a pedicure was okay - my pedicure was done well and for a reasonable price. However, the constant talking extended the time of the service. My second visit, however, was awful. I arrived exactly at my scheduled appointment time, but my nail technician was still busy with another customer, chatting and laughing non-stop. She even interrupted the session multiple times to go to the shop next door. She kept telling me, ‘I’ll be with you soon,’ but after 45 minutes of waiting and watching her leave for the shop again, I decided to leave. I have no intention of returning, and I strongly recommend avoiding this place if you value your time.

The women at the salon are nice. However, the manicure that I got was extremely terrible. I think the woman who did it may have been new, or just didn’t have skill working with short, natural nails. I received a gel manicure and pedicure for $55. Since I was just getting gel done on my natural nails, this is something I could have done at home. But I was paying for convenience, even though it ended up not even being worth the convenience because my nails didn’t last an hour into my getting home. While I was still at the salon, after I received my manicure and was sitting in the chair for my pedicure, I noticed that the thumb on my left hand was smudged and had fabric fuzzies attached to it because it wasn’t completely dry. The woman who did my pedicure fixed it, but when I got home, the thumb on my right hand literally peeled off. This could have been an issue with perhaps the quality of the product but definitely, at the very least, the application technique was poor. The nail technician was having a hard time painting the thumb on my right hand. She accidentally swiped it with her glove when it was uncured, and instead of starting over, she just kept going over it with more and more nail polish making it lumpy, so I think the coating was too thick and just didn’t fully dry on that hand either. Aside from the left thumb that the woman who did my pedicure fixed, my nails are overall lumpy as the application was not smooth. You can’t tell so much in the photos, but trust me, they are lumpy. My manicure technician checked her phone and smart watch often while doing my nails because they were buzzing and she was getting numerous calls, so I don’t know if perhaps there was something she had to get to after that made her distracted. Mostly though, I think she tried her best but is inexperienced. Unfortunately, even though I paid for the convenience of having someone else do my nails, it was not worth it at all because the nails didn’t last even the next hour regarding my right thumb. Given that, I don’t expect the rest of the nails will last to the end of the week. Again, this is something I could have done at home, even on my very short nails, and they would last at minimum 2 weeks. If a salon or technician is not able to do short nails well, I think they should politely decline the person asking for the service. My pedicure, however, was better than my manicure and was with a different technician. Overall though, if you are just getting a basic gel manicure or pedicure on your natural nails and you have short nails, I would not recommend this establishment. Short nails are harder to do than long nails, and the person who did mine simply did not have the technique down. Also, based on the comments and I could be wrong, it seems I was charged more for a gel manicure and pedicure ($55) than other people were, so I don’t know if they have a set pricing structure or if it just fluctuates based on the person and the day. If you’re someone who wants to know what you’d be paying before you arrive or have price consistency should you be a return customer, then this place may not be for you based on that as well.

I have been coming to Get Nailed for years now, and they’re the best nail salon in the city. Lisdey is wonderful and quick to get her work done, and makes sure your nails are perfect before you leave. She’s also wonderful with eyebrow waxing, and all for $55! I’ve been going to the nail salon for years and I love their services. Lisdey is an amazing nail tech, I get different services either acrylics, gel or dip and my nails last me such a long time. the pedicures are also long-lasting. Everyone at the salon is very nice and attentive and their prices are unbeatable. Every time I go in with a design in mind it is executed to perfection. Thank you for always providing the best services.

Horrible experience. Have gone twice and both times have had to wait over 40 minutes even with an appointment. The owner has her small baby running everywhere and grabbing everyones things and screaming loudly. Dont come here super unprofessional

I been going to this salon , for a long time. The hairdresser Mia is fabulous!!! I get ask in the street who does your hair. After going to a lot of salons in Coral Gables and Doral , I recommend this place highly. The customer service is exceptional!!!

I had such a bad experience at this salon. I’m a licensed nail technician and I wanted some time to relax and enjoy a nice pedicure but my experience here was terrible. I called to ask if there was any last minute pedicure appointment available. The woman who answered the phone forgot she answered the business phone & answered in a vulgar way. Anywho, she tells me yes I can come by. I get to the salon, I had to wait a little bit, no problem. the atmosphere didn’t feel so welcoming. By the way, the technician’s name was Ashley. She started taking off the gel polish I had on my toes but kept her phone calls which was very annoying because she did not focus on the job whatsoever. She kept stopping & talking with her coworkers too which again, it was annoying. She did a horrible job removing my old gel polish. The drill bit she was using was not the appropriate one to remove gel. She then switched drill bits to a ceramic blue band bit & caused damage to my right big toe by over filing the nail. My nail felt so sensitive that it hurt when she went over the spot over & over with the e-file which meant that she filed down all the way to my natural toe nail removing layers from the nail plate ( the natural nail is made up of over 100 layers of keratin). I let it be known to her that it hurt & her response was that I was missing part of my nail on that spot probably done somewhere else which again, I’m a nail tech and that gel she was removing was done by me & I have never damaged by own toenails. I told her that it happened right at the moment with her nail drill after she went over the same spot repeatedly and she denied it. Now I have a a pink spot on my big toe nail which is now sensitive to the touch because she caused damage. When she brought over her implements they looked like they had already been used on previous clients. She had two green cups on her implement holder, one was for files which look like they had been used enough to be thrown out. Files are meant for single use only & need to be thrown out after each client. In the other cup were her implements! This was the most unhygienic thing I’ve ever seen! There was no sign of her cuticle nippers being sanitized or sterilized, she used cuticle pushers on me that had already been used on someone else! DISGUSTING. Major RED FLAG. Using dirty implements on people can lead to catching diseases & infections! Her implements were NOT pulled out from a sterilization packet like she should. I couldn’t stay any minute longer so I told her I was not gonna apply any polish & agreed on only adding regular top coat. I wouldn’t recommend this place. There’s salons out there that highly prioritize hygiene protocols. This isn’t one of them. I will provide a photo of her implements. Never going back. And again, I’m a nail tech so I know what I’m saying. I only came here because I wanted to relax and have someone else do a pedicure for me.

Muy mal servicio al cliente!!! No les recomiendo entrar a este lugar!! es antigenico no usan esterilizador para los implementos de manicure y pedicure, las mujeres que trabajan ahi muy mal educadas, hacen esperar más de lo normal por un turno, no respetan el tiempo de las personas. El baño sucio nada de orden ni limpieza. La Señora que hace el cabello manda hacer las uñas mientras ella libera un turno y no cumple con el orden de llegada de los clientes lo cual es muy incomodo y falta de ética como estilista.

No recomiendo este lugar para el cabello. Pedí un color claro y salí con uno oscuro. Pésimo. Tanto tiempo que espere para que se me aclarara mi pelo. Ya lo tenía súper natural y escogí el peor lugar. Salí llorando. 😭.

No se si yo q soy la peliquera de este lugar pueda opinar...pero me indigna q pongan cosas q no fueron y por eso me tomo la attribution de hacerlo...la q llego a Las 12 :45 pudo hacerse cerca de las 3 porq habian otras delante y no hago appoiment es por orden de llegada...AL sentarse incluso me dijo q si queria tomarme un tiempo porq desde q llego yo no habia parado...le dije q no...q le pondria El color...despues se hizo los pies...AL terminar le lave su color y queria hacerse manicure..y lo q le tocaba conmigo Eran high light...eso no puede hacerse sin supervision...mientras fui adelantando trabajo...cuando termino sus uñas con gel yo estaba haciendo un blower de 10 minutos y poner sus high light eran Como minimo 30 minutos...en el momento en q teemine El blower q habia comenzado ...le comence a desenrredar su pelo para high light y se Lepanto y no quizo hacerse pues habia dejado a su hijo de 12 semanas con una hermana de 17 años...creo lo hice Como debi...y comprendo su preocupacion por la irresponsabilidad de dejar a su hijo sin una perfecta custodia ... Es muy facil culpar a otros por no servir a su tiempo y responsabilidad de madre...queria salir bella y sin culpas Wow...hay q tener bien claro sus prioridades Pd...El color de base fue dado de acuerdo a su color y highlight posterior q no hizo...y se fue...solo le cobre 40 dolares por El color... Hice todo lo q pude...y ella y su tiempo y responsabilidad permitieron A lizmanda no la reconozco entre mis clientes...please Sean honestas

Pésimo lugar y servicio, fui a aclárame el pelo y me lo oscurecieron .. llegué a las 12:30 y a las 5 de la tarde aún no me habían atendido . No sé lo recomiendo a nadie . Pésimo servicio .

I’ve been coming to Nails by Dee since I believe 2016/2017. I always have a great experience at the salon. Girls are really knowledge and my manicure and pedicure is always perfect. They do know how to take care of your nails. I’ve been doing rubber base on my nails, which cost extra but it’s worth it if you have really thin and bristle nails. Mine stay perfect for more a month! They recently redecorated the salon and are constantly improving it. Plus you always get q great talk with all the ladies here. They are my monthly laugh therapy.
