Yoi at GG Salon is a gem! I had to come back after my last pedicure because the color lasted over three weeks—unreal! Her attention to detail is impeccable, and the whole experience was amazing. Highly recommend!

I had the most amazing gel builder manicure and detox pedicure with Yoi. She is a star and the best addition to the team at GG Salon. She cares about maintaining the health of the nails while giving the most perfect manicure and pedicure. I have been coming to the salon for nearly 20 years.

Absolutely amazing experience! I recently visited GG Salon and Spa and had the pleasure of getting my manicure done by Joy. She is incredibly talented, professional, and detail-oriented. She took her time to ensure every nail was shaped perfectly and polished to perfection. Her technique is flawless, and she made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. My nails have never looked this good! If you’re looking for a skilled nail tech who truly cares about their craft and clients, I highly recommend Joy. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

Ok so I’ve been going here for 3-4 years now. I’ve had 3 different stylists and now they all have since left. I only know one left voluntarily. She was good. The last gal I had was the best but I’ve been told was let go. Not sure why there is high turnover. I have noticed the person my husband goes to cuts his hair too short and leaves a lot of color on skin when she does color. I’m seriously considering finding a new salon. So disappointed.

I love this little salon. It’s a hidden gem in Miami Shores. At first I started bringing my daughters in to have their hair cut, but when I noticed what a great job they did, I also made an appointment for myself. I have very thick, long hair & it has been very difficult for me to find someone to cut it correctly. My search was finally ended when I met Lior. He is fabulous & understands thick hair. I finally like my hair again.

Hoy estuve en el salón preguntando si tenían cupo para tinturar mi cabello y la chica que me atendió fue súper displicente, me atendió muy mal, como si yo no fuera una cliente para ellos, y me dijo que no tenía cupo que si quería. Viniera mañana a la 1 pm, pero siempre con su cara de desagrado. Definitivamente la chica de recepción tiene cero servicio al cliente.

La semana anterior mi esposa acudió a este salón para hacerse color en el cabello, estaban ocupados y le dijeron que tenía dos opciones, la primera programar cita y dejar los datos de la tarjeta (a lo que no estamos de acuerdo) y en caso de no ir le cobrarían, la segunda ir esta semana. El día de hoy 09:00 am después de ir al gym acompañé a mi esposa a este salón de acuerdo como le indicaron y el servicio de la señorita que está en la recepción fue pésima, siempre tuvo una cara de desagrado al atender a mi esposa, le dijo usted no sacó cita no la podemos atender, si quiere venga mañana a la 01:30 pm y eso. No se porque algunos establecimientos en Miami tienen tan pésimo servicio y atención a los clientes, si el dinero para los gastos y utilidad provienen de los mismos clientes, dañando la imagen de todos los negocios en general, por todo esto no recomiendo este sitio para que pasen malos momentos gracias a la mala atención

Excellent customer service. This Team is very attentive and courteous to their customers. My pedicure was with Deisy who always provides excellent service, but the staff interacts with the customers also. Love this Shop!

GG salon is a very professional and efficient salon. Rebecca always greets salon customers with a warm friendly smile. I’ve used most of the stylists and nail techs there and have to say they’ve all been punctual and attentive. I think of them as my extended family.
