Crystal is the best! She always makes my daughter feel so welcomed and comfortable. Always takes so much time to listen to her and make sure that she is getting exactly what she wants. Shares aftercare advice and help for us. Plus the color was so bright and pretty. My daughter is so obsessed with her new look.

First time there and i felt so at home. Like I was just hanging out with a friend. Let me tell you she UNDERSTANDS style. Crystal was able to look at me and understand the look I was going for because I am so bad at describing what I want. Took her time and made sure she was happy with her work as well before I left. Little pricey honestly but the vibe is worth it. Finally was able to attain that grunge wolf cut I wanted perfectly.

I came to Crystal for a pretty big hair overhaul and she did amazing! My new cut and color is so striking and fun, I keep looking in the mirror to admire my new hair. If you wanna step out of the hair salon feeling like The Main Character, this is definitely the place to go 😃

I have been to this girl several times, every time she is late. Always changing appointment times, when I got a cut she informed me at time to pay that it was $75, not 70 as is on her site. It’s only $5 but still, it is poor business etiquette. If you aren’t taking appointments you should close your schedule. She’s talented at cutting hair, but she is so erratic and unreliable if you value your time and honesty from those you are paying money to, you should probably look somewhere else. Also oddly she didn’t want to let me style my won hair even though it only takes me 5 min, she insisted she do it for me. Ugh, not a good experience.

She did an amazing just with my cut! I’m starting a wolf-cut style with curly hair and she walked me through everything she was doing while cutting it! It turned out amazing, and was so worth it! Definitely recommend her!

Blonde Ambitions : Updating my review for Crystal !! She has been my go to, ride or die for amazing blonde hair services for the last 4 years, wow !! She is an amazing human, talent and kindness included with her services. She brought my hair back to platinum post Covid. And she always makes it her top priority to make sure I’m happy with the outcome and stays on top of keeping my hair healthy while bleaching with lots of bond repair treatments / good products ! We are currently working on growing length and alternating bleach blonde services to keep my hair feeling super soft and strong. We tried a new rose gold vibe toner and it turned out so cute !! Crystal is always down to mix things up and accommodates new ideas with her extensive color / dye knowledge ! Crystal has excellent attention to detail when it comes to making root retouch look seamless and she’s amazingly skillful with cuts / toners / fun color. Don’t hesitate to book with her , you will end up with an awesome look and a new friend !

Update (September 2024): I went to Crystal again, this time to get a haircut, and I had another amazing experience here! Crystal is so good at what she does! She listens to my ideas while adding in her expertise, so it feels very collaborative! This is my favorite haircut ever! (February 2024): I had an amazing experience here with Crystal! She was very informative and knew what she was talking about, especially when it came to the bleaching and coloring process for my hair. I felt very trusting of her even before she did anything to my hair— and the results showed that I was right to trust her!! This is my favorite hair cut and color that I’ve ever gotten!! I felt really taken care of throughout the whole process. She’s great at explaining the products and methods I would need to take care of my hair and I was really appreciative of that. Crystal is also extremely sweet and creates a very comfortable atmosphere!! I highly recommend Ghost Hair Parlour— especially if you want a unique, colorful, and fun hairstyle like I got! I got my haircut by Crystal and i absolutely love the way it turned out! They did a cut on my natural hair so it would work well with how my hair actually lays daily and it looks incredible! For layers and bangs that is now a must for me after Crystal did it! I would highly recommend and will definitely be returning!

Crystal was communicative, caring and kind. Her salon/shoppe is located in 17 West Salons, and while it is a small space, she has nicely decorated it with a perfect mix of floral and black, oddities and art. She was very professional but down to earth. I love what she did with my hair. Highly recommend her services.

Crystal was very welcoming and easy to communicate with. We had to reschedule my appointment a few times but it was very easy to do so and she responded very quickly My actual appointment was amazing she listened to everything I said and recommended some products to try for my new hairstyle and dry hair needs. When I tell you I can trust Crystal with my life (hair), do I mean it! She is incredibly knowledgeable and truly works her magic. Her passion and the amount of intention that goes into her work is apparent. She’s got those fine details down! What a beautiful person inside and out, I’m so thankful I found her. It had been a few months since I saw my last stylist and Crystal said new growth no problem! You can see such a difference in my grown out roots to my new freshness! I went to Crystal! She did such an amazing job! Its been 10+ years since i stepped foot in a salon, but after careful research, i decided to go for it! Crystal is so kind and knowledgeable, and she made me feel so comfortable! I have been absolutely butchered in the past so i was literally petrified, especially with our wedding coming up in October! She let me know exactly what she would be doing, gave me at home follow up tips to keep my hair healthy until my next visit, and absolutely slayed my hair! It was past my butt, and very unhealthy but I wanted to keep length until after my wedding! She took minimal off and made sure i was comfortable with everything! I left feeling like a million bucks! Will definitely be returning, and telling anyone and everyone to go see Crystal! I cant say enough great things! So happy w the results!!!
