Lalonda was exceptional. She was very kind, professional and efficient. Hair turned out amazing and I had her style from a picture sooo satisfied. She had great conversation and gave wonderful advice about OKC in general. Fresh from Chicago I would and 100% recommend this salon and their services. Already have my next appointment scheduled. Ms. Pauline Sellers is amazing. I've been getting my hair done by her since 2018 and I always love her work. The atmosphere of Gifted hands makes you feel comfortable and welcome. I love this salon

Pauline, is one of the kindest and very inviting person with the fear of God in her heart❤, with that being said,..I'm very pleased with my hairstyle which is natural, and cut short in a style, she did an excellent job. I'm well pleased with her.

Got my hair detangled, washed, dried, blown out, and trimmed by Lalonda. Didn’t like her attitude, and the detangling was extremely painful - she combed from root to tip without enough product and ripped my hair out as if she was in a hurry. She left me under the dryer for longer than necessary, so it felt like my hair was cooking for no reason. And she questioned why I came without detangling my hair first - she didn’t tell me to when I scheduled the appointment and she’s a stylist anyway, why does that matter when a detangle can be added for an extra fee. Overall she acted like doing my hair was a chore, the experience was awful, and I wouldn’t recommend her.

Poot customer service.I booked an appointment for a silk press.some woman Angela had me sitting under the dryer even after it went off for more than 20 extra minutes.called her attention to it first time and she just said ‘ok’.found her doing another person’s hair.she was rude when I tried to tell her she could have just communicated better with me instead of leaving my hair half done to go work on another hair.I would avoid this one hairstylist because it was my first time and she was just horrible

I was very pleased with the services i received. My daughter got a silk press and clipped ends. We've been on a hair journey and I feel good about the advice I was given and the silk press had my babies hair in a state ice been dying for! Extremely pleased and we will be back.

Lalonda is the best of the best her hands are truly gifted and she’s been doing my hair since I can remember and I’m 20 now 😍😍every hairstyle I’ve ever asked for short ,long, cuts, natural hair, wigs, sew ins , and quick weaves I’ve had it all and she’s mastered them all and is very friendly can talk you into comfort , she is highly recommended

Ms.Lalonda did my hair got me right for my birthday I'm so happy with the outcome an she was nice didn't take long. An I will go back some reviews say she has a bad attitude but she actually doesn't very nice an sweet.
