Tried to do something nice for my wife by purchasing a package through Groupon. I went online to set up the appointment and the overall process was a joke. I selected the package that I thought matched what I bought, not knowing you literally had to select every service separately. When my wife went in today for her appointment, they denied her the body wrap or polish that I paid for through Groupon. Instead of making it right and perhaps scheduling that service later if they couldn't fit it in today, she was told they would not honor it because it was through Groupon. I am fighting this with everything I have, starting at Groupon, every review site now, and News Channel 3 next. Talk about customer service?!?! I only gave 1 star cause negative numbers aren't available! Germaine needs a serious lesson in ethical business practices.

Germainne is a very gentle and thorough woman. She does a fabulous job making you feel relaxed and renewed. Her head to toe package is the best treat you can give yourself!!!!

Horrible Microblading experience. She took forever to map out my eyebrows and kept wiping it off, I'm assuming, to correct it. I even had to tell her they were uneven. She even numbed my brows before marking them so by the time she started blading I could feel everything. I showed her a picture of what I was looking for and she totally blew me off. She chose a dark brown for me but it looks black. I look like a clown. I then realized that the only part that had been bladed was the jagged outline. There are lines everywhere but not my actual eyebrows. All that was put on them was dye. Now I have to go to a PROFESSIONAL to have them fixed!! Thanks a lot, Germaine.

I recently took my mom in for a spa day for her birthday. Gigi's had a great Groupon for a 50-minute facial and 30-minute hand and foot massage, and I couldn't help myself! We both had a wonderful time. Germaine was so sweet and almost put me in a trance when she was giving me the foot massage! I enjoyed every minute of my time there--the room we were in was so peaceful, with piano instrumentals playing and soft, dim lighting. The facial was amazing--she uses natural and locally-made products and they all smell wonderful! Germaine made us feel comfortable and so very pampered--my mom fell asleep a few times haha. I highly recommend making an appointment with her!

Rabina was phenomenal! In addition to a fantastic massage, she proved to have an in depth understanding of how the body's many parts work together. She found the underlying issue in my back that was causing all kinds of havoc on one side of my body. I left there feeling like I was floating and wish she was in New Jersey! Now I have to find someone as good on the East Coast. If you are looking for a knowledgeable therapist that is going to help make you healthier overall, you should go here. You won't be able to get this kind of attention at a chain.
