Gilded is my favorite salon in tampa! I've been going to them for years, since it was just a salon suite with Andrea! I trust every stylist with my hair and feel so confident after every appointment. Cannot recommend enough !

I've moved to Tampa recently and my search for the best salon online was extensive. After deciding to try Gilded because of all the good reviews about Andrea and the whole team's expertise, my expectations were very high. I had an appointment for a full dimensional color and haircut and I was blown away by the result! I left the salon with one of my best looks ever! They definitely earned a regular client without any hesitation.

I love this salon! Everyone is amazing and I love all the jewelry and haircare options they have. You can tell they really pride themselves on going above and beyond and are really talented with color and extensions. 10/10 reccomend. Super clean and beautiful salon too.

While I was prepared to pay top dollar for a simple bleach and tone, this “salon” told me that they “do not specialize” in bleach and tone. By that, they meant they simply do not perform the service. Either they are simply trying to up-charge their clients into services they don’t want or they prefer to second guess the personal choices of their clients regarding their own hair. I have bleached and toned my hair for nearly 9 years straight and no salon has ever turned me away point blank like this one. I do NOT recommend for anyone that likes to pay top dollar for ease, not additional headaches and inquiries. No reputation as good stylists will ever outpace honoring the requests of paying customers (that are the ones that must live with the hair).

I love coming to Gilded. The salon is beautiful and everyone is so kind. After relocating here I was hesitant to trust someone new and I would fly back north to get my hair done. I finally found gilded about a year ago and I couldn’t be happier. Karissa is outstanding and so good at what she does. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you!

Can't say enough great things about this salon. I was seeing Marissa for well over a year and she is absolutely amazing, so kind and friendly- really listens to her clients. I have very fine hair that can damage easily and my biggest concern has always been keep the integrity of my hair while still achieving the desired results and Marissa delivered every time. I recently had a change in my schedule so I saw Ella most recently. I wanted to go darker and closer to my natural color. Ella listened to what I wanted, I showed her my inspo and she totally killed it! This is my first time in awhile I've had my natural color (I am usually lived in blonde) and it's everything I could have wanted, dimensional and not too warm or too cold. All the girls here do amazing work!

Gilded checks off every box and is everything I could have ever dreamed of when I was looking for a salon! Every single one of their staff is kind, compassionate, and truly cares about their clients and their hair! They make you feel like royalty here and truly care about the health of your hair. I have been seeing Marissa for over a year now and am so thankful I found her! She radiates kindness and is so incredibly smart and sweet. I always come in not knowing what to do with my hair (I’m a little indecisive) and she gently guides me in the right direction. I always LOVE the result. Andrea (the owner) has truly created a beautiful space and has the best team! Gilded is clean, smells wonderful, and has the best welcoming staff from the moment you walk in the door. I will always recommend gilded to everyone I know for a truly luxurious experience! :-)

If you are picky about your balayage, look no further! Ella takes time to truly understand the look that you want and is able to execute that vision every time. She is truly talented at what she does and you will leave the salon feeling amazing every time. Ella is patient, kind, a true artist and you will leave her chair as a friend. If you’re looking for the BEST quality service worth every penny, Victoria at Gilded is your girl. Her full dimensional blonde service is unmatched. Unfortunately I moved out of state after only going to her 3 times, but I still consider visiting just to get my hair done and I hope to be back. The salon is also beautiful - overall great experience. Highly, highly recommend!

Ella is always crushing it! I used to go to her back in Utah and now I head to Florida just to get my hair done by her. She never fails and is so patient with you. She knows what I want without even having to tell her! 10/10 recommend getting your hair done by her.

It is very disappointing that when you call to make an appointment you have to go online and fill out a questionarre and wait 48 hours for someone to get back to you. If I am speaking with someone on the phone, I do not understand why I cannot rely that information to them and book the appointment at that time.

Just got my hair cut and colored by Ella and I am completely OBSESSED!! Ella did such and amazing job and my hair honestly has never looked or felt better. She is so sweet and knowledgeable about her field and the products she uses. You can tell she takes pride in what she does and I absolutely love that about her. This was my first time at the gilded salon and I loved every second! The salon is super cute and very clean! Everyone was so nice and greeted me as soon as I walked in. I had my appointment with Ella and she did amazing! I stepped out of my comfort zone with my last hair color and she made me feel confident in my decision and even more confident with the end results! Ella is simply the sweetest and did an amazing job with my hair! I highly recommend the gilded salon, you won’t be disappointed!

I got my hair done with Andrea, the owner of the salon, and she did such an amazing job! I went to her because I needed to get my hair fixed. My hair was looking orange from the last time I got my hair done a with a different stylist a few months ago. Andrea and her incredible assistant were able to fix it and I’m so grateful! She took her time with both the color and the hair cut. She was very patient and detailed while working on my hair. I’m particularly picky about my bangs and so she went slowly to get them just right! I’m very happy with the results and looking forward to continuing my hair journey with Gilded!

Took my 13 year old daughter to see Ella at Gilded Salon and she did amazing. Very personable and talented. My daughter loves how her hair turned out, its what she wanted and more. She was able to achieve a beautiful blended blonde while leaving the hair still looking healthy. Highly recommend her!

12/10 Gilded is incredible and I highly recommend! I had such an amazing time today at the salon and could not be more pleased with my results. From start to finish, the experience was simply wonderful. The salon itself has such a lovely aesthetic and is the perfect example of laidback luxury. The service was prompt, professional and polite and I was greeted and sat down at my chair right away by my stylist, Marissa. They offer you a variety of beverages and then begin your service. I received a full dimensional color and cut with a style afterwards. I feel like a new woman! Marissa really listened to what I wanted and provided suggestions as well and I am truly shocked with how good my hair looks - I didn't event think my hair could ever look like this! Just loved it all around. If you are debating whether or not you should go, just stop right now, pick up your phone and make an appointment!

After taking months searching for a salon I trusted enough to cut my hair (I haven’t had a haircut in over 4 years, I don’t trust just any salon) I thought I had found the perfect place. On their website it’s listed $75 for haircuts, $50 for add on haircuts. I had worries that they wouldn’t take me due to it being only $75 plus tip. My worries became a reality when after 5 days of waiting and scrolling through all of their instagram posts dreaming of what my hair would look like- they got back to me and refused my appointment unless I added a color treatment for over $100 plus the $75. Which I cannot afford. I’ll sadly be making an appointment with another salon as I was so excited to come here. I’m so disappointed😭 I would’ve paid $100 for just the haircut :( please change the website so it’s clear haircuts are add on only.

Excuse my very tired face— I am exhausted, but I still needed to write a review saying how amazing this place is. I moved to Tampa last year and have had a shockingly hard time finding someone trustworthy to do my hair. The last stylist I had charged me $500 and then really did a number on me and I wasn’t sure it would ever look decent again. But Victoria at Gilded came along and wow, she really saved my hair. She fixed the color and overall made it a blended and melty dream. She smoothed out the terrible baby lights and outgrown roots, warmed me up and gave me exactly what I wanted even though I did a really bad job at explaining what I wanted. I am so relieved and feeling a million times better. This terrible selfie doesn’t do her work justice but just trust me— she is a keeper. She’s also really nice and kind, not awkward to work with at all. You can tell she cares a lot about making the customer feel confident and empowered. She was meticulous and went above and beyond to fix my hair. I am so grateful. Also, their new salon is stunning! It is so gorgeous and relaxing, it really makes the entire salon experience feel so elevated. Hiiiiighly recommend!

Over a year ago I heard Andrea was moving home from Nashville. I had heard about her hair knowledge and ability. I went in need of a fresh and fun look - WOW is just the beginning of what I can say! It’s a true compliment to her work when every one of my best friends fled to her immediately! I mean - that’s what I call magic! She is hip and her team is growing and just as incredible! I have been going to Andrea since I moved to Tampa. Moving to a new place is always a hard experience. But it finding Andrea as my hair stylist made moving all the more comfortable. I was fortunate to have my best friend introduce me to Andrea right when she moved to Tampa from Nashville. Andrea has always made me feel and look like a freaking model every time I leave her salon! She took time to get to know me and what I wanted, made suggestions when I was not sure what would or wouldn’t look good and I’ve alway loved every suggestion! Her salon is always super cute, clean and stocked with wine, coffee and water just adding to the overall experience. I recently moved to Virginia but she still worked with me to get an appointment secured for me when I was coming in town next month for my wedding. She’s very professional but also extremely talented! If you’re in the Tampa Bay Area I HIGHLY recommend Gilded. She’s constantly making time to educate herself with the newest and greatest trends all while perfecting her talents! You’ll never be disappointed and never want another salon to ever touch your hair!
