Michelle Renee fit me into her schedule because I decided that I couldn’t host a baby shower with my hair looking so bad. She was so understanding of my situation and did not make me feel stupid for waiting til the last minute. I was amazed at the thought she put into giving me the right cut for the shape of my face. No hair stylist ever showed the concern for giving me the best cut like Michelle did. When I left the shop with a new do, I felt like I had made a new friend. I’ll be back! Linda

Do not park here during non-business hours. They hire a tow truck driver to hide behind building and tow cars once driver goes into Starbucks. This morning a young couple holding a baby were left stranded because this business chose to have their car towed.

Do not support this business. The new owner is a rageful person. I witnessed her screaming at people at this location. She was flying off the handle screaming and cursing. I would not recommend anyone support her

The owner is extremely hostile, she called to have my car towed and came outside 2 different times while the tow driver and I were having a non-confrontational conversation. My car wasn’t towed and I think she was furious about that, I came outside before he had time to hook it to the truck. I actually went inside the store to apologize for the inconvenience and she went on a rant - “get out of my store - I’m extremely busy blah blah” lol while there was literally no one in her shop. If you go here, be advised that she has a quick temper if she doesn’t get her way. Tribeca in ybor and on Kennedy are much better places to go for hair services and the owner of that salon actually knows how to be a decent human and not a psychopath.

This is my go to spot for hair and make up. They always fit me in and make me look like $1 million! The atmosphere is fun and upbeat. I always feel welcome and absolutely love the way I look when I leave. I highly recommend coming here for all of your beauty needs

I started going to Ginger Snips over 25 yrs. ago. I started going to Ginger upon her retiring I switched to Jamie. Renee does my daughter's hair. We both get our hair cut and colored on a regular basis. Love them both!

Terri was able to squeeze my best friend and I in two days before a big trip and did a phenomenal job for us both!! She was especially patient with me, spending extra time to make sure I loved the cut. I can not say enough great things. We will be back for sure!

I tried getting my hair done here and the woman who was working didn't seem to want to help me. Instead of giving me the salon number she gave me the stylists number. No one called me back and I ended up going somewhere else. All around terrible experience.

Talent. I've never seen an unhappy customer at Ginger Snips and they have a great number of repeat clients - like me. Hair color, perms, cuts, and more. Oh, and they don't seem to exist only to push products, like many shops.

This is a great salon! My mom, sisters, daughters and myself have all seen Renee. She's basically a hair genius. What I love about her is that she listens to what you want and then does it. My baby sister has fairly straight hair and the rest of us have crazy curly hair. Renee is excellent with all of our hair. She's even great with my mom's white hair that has a different texture. And as a bonus this salon is located right off the freeway and right next to a Starbucks.

I have been going to Chenoa for almost a decade, most recently here at Ginger Snips. The salon is small but looks great and the other stylists there are also very talented and friendly. If you're looking for something beyond the traditional style with edgy cuts and colors, this is the place to go, but they do a fantastic job with classic looks, too. If Chenoa does your hair, make sure to tell everyone when you get compliments (and you will get plenty) that "It's a Chenoa!™"
